Review 1：Corridors can sometimes be a little noisy in the morning with the Chinese tourist but apart from that its fine.

Review 3：1. the internet was slow 552kbs, and i had to pay 8 euros for 24 hr acces to a little better internet what took an hour to install at the frontdesk. 2. there is a huge building project next to the hotel and after complaint we got an other room at the BIG C shopping mall side. 3. lot of mosquitos at enterance and restaurant. 4 my burger in the restaurant was burned and i only got an apology.... 5. next time book only one night because the rates dropped after arrival....

Review 16：This hotel did not have a really negative side to my recollection. It is an older majectic hotel which has been rennovated. Maybe corridors a little musty and the bath had a maintenance issue.

Review 18：This hotel is newly renovated but it does not give any consideration to the location of power points for charging the electronic devices. The room's acoustic os really bad. I can hear my neighbour and people talking along the corridors with no effort. The sound of the air conditioning unit and the constant water flow is amazingly loud. The bedroom's cleanliness is generally acceptable except for the blood stained bedsheet which I insisted they changed. And it took almost half an hour for them to send an engineer (instead of chambermaid)to change a bed sheet. It took the engineer another 15 mins to change the bedsheet as he kept got the wrong size 3 times. I was speechless.

Review 20：Room is in need of renovation and corridor carpet needs replacement. Good wooden furniture in the room is in need of polishing. Tea kettle is very dirty and tray that is on it, must be thrown away. One can't tempted to have coffee or tea.

Review 21：Location of this hotel is excellent. One just walks out into shopping centre, hyper markets, restaurants, cafes and the famous Central World mall. Besides, near to train station that you can get connected to various touristic sites. Staff members all around are very hospitable, helpful and efficient. I liked concierge at main gate, who when gets you a cab, writes cab number and hands it over to you for security purpose and in case one forgets something in the cab. Check in and check out was very quick. Reception welcomed us to check in before time and that is appreciated. Breakfast is good with all what one would expect to get. Room service is very efficient and doesn't forget to replenish all what required like drinking water, tea packet, as well change needed items. It is very quick to go up and down as the hotel has four lifts.

Review 22：The room needed a renovation. The paint was peeling off the bathroom door and ceiling and the some tiles were cracked or missing. The furniture was big so took up a lot of space.

Review 28：The design of the room is really bad. The facility is never near where you would like to use it. For example, the tissue paper is in the toilet and there is no tissue beside the bed or on the table inside the room. Complimentary water is hiding inside the fridge and cups etc inside the cupboard under the TV. The light switches are centrally located at the bedside table left to one bed. The fan in the toilet is not working at all and the shower head/bathtub is very old. Also, the toilet main light switch is not working. I can feel that the room is renovated but not for the washroom. Yet I happened to be someone who care that more. The location is good, provided you want to go for the standard shopping malls day and night. Else I do think any station along the BTS line is quite convenient. We took a taxi to the DM airport and it's less than 200 THb and less than an hour (around 10am in the Sunday morning and we avoided the highway).

I can give you 10 minutes. No. No. No. No. No. And when the answer was different, it was: thank you for asking I will get check with housekeeping: for the baby cot. But we had to ask 4 times before we could see it. And we complained about the smoke smell in our non-smoking room, they refused to change our room and said they would send housekeeping. Still waiting on them...

Review 36：I have being stayed over the hotel more than 5- 6 time , within the couple of years .The recently stayed and i have realised my bedsheet and the inner linen was not change since for my 5 days of stayed. re 2- My bath towels was dirty after the second night i realised the same bath towels was folded nicely keeping on top of the bathing tray which still have my eye shadows marking , so i have to request f new bath towels for me and my daughter Re3- Room need to entire vacuum , when i try to picking up my charger under the console table , occidentally pick up together with a bunch of long hair ...!

Review 40：The room is a bit old with very dim lights even though you have turned on every lights in the room. The bathroom is clean but the bathroom hose looks really old and abit dirty. The hairdryer that is provided by the hotel is really bad!...not powerful at all! Wifi is slow.

Review 41：Location is really good. It is right opposite central world, next to big C and the nearest BTS is chitlom. Walking distance to Erawan Shrine, Pratunam Market, Platinum Mall. If you have more energy, you can actually walk towards Siam Square, Siam Paragon and MBK with the sky bridge connection. All staffs are very friendly and smiley.

Review 42：the beds are so soft . we request for extra bed upon making booking but not prepare or care. We have to call Housekeeping for number of time to get the extra bed prepair.

The location was perfect as this is just across Central World and easy access to all the main shopping mall in Bangkok. It was also easy to go to Platinum and also Pantip Plaza from this location

Review 60：Definitely the worst rooms in entire Bangkok. Worse than even Baht 500 per day budget hotels. Rooms are shabby, archaic, smelly, with very poor amenities. Hotel staff are very unfriendly, especially the reception staff. Will never stay again.

It turned out that the Lumpini Stadium still runs Thai Boxing, and the new place's so-called Thai Boxing is show a show/ performance. We are very disappointed and we are not sure why the staff did not give us correct info and we did not get what we wanted.

Review 70：The bathroom ceiling leak water. It's so bad that I have to change room. What was worse is I have to carry my luggage to my new room and realised that the room was occupied by another guest. Finally I got my new room. However it was smaller than the one I had originally.

Review 71：The rooms are kinda old, I understand they will soon be renovated which is good because they need it. The free internet available was very slow. The staff we encountered was not very effective: it took a long time checking in and getting the room with the specifications we had ordered. Room service came in early at both 8 and 9am on checkout day despite having told the front desk that we would be having a late checkout between 12 and 2pm. As bed preference we had ordered 1 large double - I would not call the bed we got large. I had to lie with my angels outside the bed since it was not long enough (I'm 193cm)

Review 72：The location is perfect right across from Central World and close to lots of other shopping. The lobby is also very nicely renovated and welcoming.

Review 73：Carpet old and stained and smells bad. We had to put the fan on high speed mode to get rid of this smell in room. Bathtub stained with brownish rusty color near drain. Wash basin taps old with deposits. Floor was never once vacuumed during our stay even if there was particles of dirt on it. They are supposed to change bedsheets every three days unless you want them to change earlier by placing the card on bed. We did not place card and expected our sheets to be changed on the 3rd night but it wasn't and we had to place the card on bed for the sheets to be changed. The tray and the mugs provided are very old and is not inviting at all as its old and discolored.
