Reviews for Haiya
Review 1：Omotenashi (spirit of hospitality) evidenced in many ways like fresh flowers in the room and one's name printed on the dinner menu. The food was delicious and served in my room. Lots of onsen amenities (beauty products). Hana (I remembered her name!) made sure my creature comforts were met.
Review 2：The room. I booked a deluxe garden view. The only view of the garden was the tops of some pine trees. The room was very basic, but very clean.
Review 3：The staff were very friendly and accommodating given that I didn't speak japanese.

Review 5：Excellent service - very friendly staff from the driver who picked us up at the station to the receptionist who personally took us to the nearby bus stop for going to Toujinbo. Dinner and breakfast were superbly served in the room and both very good.
