Review 1：Not happy that check in staff refused a payment by credit card, paid in €s got change in Lei!
Review 2：Easy to find, very clean and spacious. Breakfast staff lovely and a nice breakfast.
Review 3：thin walls. if it is a drunk guy in the room near yours you will probably have difficulty in having a good sleep.

Review 5：Reception and restaurant staff seem to do a 24hr shift. One shift was excellent, friendly and very helpful, the other shift deserve to be sacked. Terrible attitude and distinctly unfriendly.
Review 6：- the breakfast was awful with burnt eggs (ours and everyone's at the surrounding tables) - although we had a confirmed reservation we were told they did not have any rooms left. They fixed it in the end with some room from someone who did not make it.

Review 16：The hotel is next to the Danube. The room was large, comfortable, clean, and mini bar. Car parking in the hotel courtyard, secured by a high fence and a security guard. The hotel is believes that the ideal place to spend the night business people and families with children.
Review 17：there was a kid above our room going back and forth stupmping feet waking is up at 1215am it took several calls to thwarting staff to javelin it taken care off, not much sleep after that

Review 19：Be aware that they only have wired internet in the rooms (althoughwireless is available in the reception and restaurant). They do haveethernet cables available, but these are no good for portable devices ornew macs, which do not have ethernet ports .
Review 20：I only stayed here overnight, on my way between Sarajevo and Bucharest.I arrived quite late at night and the receptionist (who was nearing theend of a 24 hour shift!) and 'guardian' were both verywelcoming! The restaurant had already closed for the night, and she didnot hesitate to organise a pizza delivery for me! The room was veryspacious, and everything was exactly as described.
