Review 1：They dind't clean everyday and dind't give us new towells everyday, had to ask for them... We ordered a double bed(for couples). But we got 2 single beds just added together.

Review 3：Everything. Simple breakfast, poor bed, "impossible bathroom". WiFi that did not work. Uninterested reception Atmosphere like some kind of institution. ( Never again ) Overpriced.

Review 19：We informed hotel that we'll arive late, they said ok, but did not provide us with any instructions, so we had to phone the hotell staff in front of the hotel entrance staying in the cold street. Hotel has private parking in the cellar, height is limited to 2.05m there, our car didn't fit. There are no other ways to drive to the hotel entrance, so we had to move our stuff to the hotel across the block. There was a bit cold in our room. Breakfast was only cold snacks and tea/coffee.

Review 20：Nice quiet hotel. They do not lock the breakfast room, so we could borrow some spoons and plates in the evening.

Review 21：We had a pleasant stay at a small, but good hotel. The family rooms with an alcove were perfect for a family with two kids. The Location could not be better; it is in the middle of Prästgatan (Priest Road), which is a pedestrian zone. The hotel parking is a bit awkward, though. It is not extremely easy to find the hotel garage in Postgränd (Post Road). You'll have to expect at least one rotation around inner city to find it. And you definitely should not use your Hummer in the garage, Use your Mini Cooper or Fiat 500. Breakfast was good, we did not miss anything. We'll use this hotel for the next stay in Østersund.

Review 22：There were several families staying in nearby rooms and the soundproofing is not perfect so at times it was pretty noisy. We had kidsrunning around in the corridors at night.

Review 23：This Hotel is a short taxi ride from Ostersund Central Station (approx120 sek for a minibus) and in the middle of a shopping street withplenty of nearby bars and restaurants. We stayed here as we were leavingfrom the Airport the following morning (Taxi approx 430 sek). Jan behindreception was very helpful and friendly and also doubled up as bar manand breakfast provider.
