Review 1：Nice classical Swedish Pension accommodation that is inexpensive, well situated in centre of Ostersund but within a few minutes of station. Great place to base yourself in the city that has the brother/sister to the Loch Ness monster allegedly swimming around in the lake
Review 2：I stayed for 7 days and not once did someone empty the bin in my room or change my towels. Sometimes the bathroom bins werent changed for a day or so..which i can only guess this means the showers or toilets werent cleaned either

Review 15：the hotel was very local and was close to town but in a quite area. The room was big but you had to clean and make beds yourself. Breakfast was excellent a great choice of food.
Review 16：I am shocked about the quolity of premises for such big price!!!!!Fload in the bathroom, absolutely uncomfortable room, bad smell etc.

Review 18：There was no dishcloth to wipe surfaces, and a rack to let the dishes dry would be better than the system with a towel you have no idea whats it been used to. A water boiler would be a good addition to the kitchen.

Review 24：The place wasn't perfectly clean, there were some hair in the basin and some of the furniture looked like it needed replacement (dirty cloth on armchair). But these were quite minor issues.

Review 28：We were upgrades to the adjacent Hotel at no extra cost. The breakfast was outstanding in terms of choice and quality of food and drink. We were able to leave our luggage with them before getting the evening train. The staff were helpful and courteous (on our earlier stay (on the way to Trondheim) the train was late, we were able to email them from the train (thank goodness for iPhones and train Wi-Fi) and they made arrangments to leave our key where we could collect it although reception was closed.
