Review 1：Poor casino with outdated slots and poor percentages. Food in restaurant buffet was cold and poor choice. Al a carte was fair. Hotel was going through a room refurb so maybe they will be better next time - room we stayed in was very old with poor water pressure and just run down.

Review 3：Whole hotel is not clean. You have to pass the casino floor even you want to go to restaurant. People smoke and the air is so bad because of that. No internet in the rooms!

Review 35：The booking confirmation was in USD. When I wanted to pay, they said they had to convert in THB, because that is the house currency. No problem for me. When I wanted to pay by credit card, they said they have to covert to USD. But used another exchange rate, so that the room rate in USD was about 8% higher than in the booking confirmation. Only after my insistence did they charge the USD amount as in the booking confirmation.

Review 41：The website boasts the biggest swimming pool in southern laos, as doesthe welcome letter in the room. During my stay there was no pool. Myopinion is that a 5*resort should be faultless, and this want the case.There were a few little things, such as the dirty windows on the room, alittle tear in the bedding, the minibar lacked variety, the tea servicecould do with some milk, the tv could have more english channels, andalso the cost of the laundry service is ridiculous. There were no majorissues, just little things that could be improved. If I'm ever insouthern Laos again I shall more than likely be staying here again.

Review 42：The silq room offers fantastic food at very reasonable prices, and Ichose this over the cheaper buffet option every time. Rooms are cleanand well furnished. Casino offers a good range of games with a range ofmin max bets to suit all budgets. Didn't try out any of the spatreatments though the area looked relaxing and professional. Most ofthe staff (particularly the woman who was dinner captain during mystay) are very friendly and polite, though lack of english wassometimes a slight issue.
