Review 1：Please note that we visited the property in Jan/2016, in the Winter, and there were only few people in the Hotel. - There is no water hose in the bathroom (Shattaf) - The AC was locked on heating mode only and can't be changed even when asked the room service to. - There is an inner laws that are not written in Booking.com such as ( you can not take with you any kind of food or drink to the inside of the hotel, even if it's in your luggage, and YES there is a security checkpoint in the entrance where they check your luggage for illegal stuff and apparently FOOD o.o ) BUT we took some water bottles and snacks and they say nothing. - In the room there is no (paper tissue, glasses, Nescafe, Tea or Kettle (for boiling water) ) - The Staff is really friendly BUT still need a lot of training to be professional and the hotel need to increase the number of the staff. - The "Don't Disturb - Clean my room" buttons were broken and not working, therefore they are meaningless, I pressed the Don't Disturb, but I was surprised by the Housekeeping trying to enter the room. - The bed was in terrible shape it need to be replaced - There were a lot of flies and a bad smell of sheep!! - The breakfast is BAD, few items, the cheese was old, the hummus is not hummus ! the containers of juice needs to be cleaned... Review 2：Please note that we visited the property in Jan/2016, in the Winter, and there were only few people in the Hotel. - The place is beautiful, clean and caring - Nice decor and elegance - Nice water slide for children and water games ( like canoe, Zipline and paddles) water sport games were not available - The Staff is nice and smiling - The Idea of Gender Separating for swimming is greatly appreciated in the culture - There is prayer room, Masjid in the property, also they gave you a praying rag (Musalaya) and a Quran in your room. - They apply A decent clothing code - Fast Service - Water games and swimming pool for Women -Free WiFi and Parking (For Arab People,I uploaded 2 picture with positive and Negative points للأخوة العرب أرفقت صورتين فيهم النقاط الايجابية والسلبية )

Review 3：The hotel was great,Everyone on staff couldn't have been nicer. Everything's amazing...food taste like home,The rooms were clean and roomy with nice amenities. Awesome time and great way to get onto the crystal lake and have so much fun with water sports. Ladies area and spa was fabulous! Will defiantly go on again :)

Review 4：The restaurant was very bad specialy thr host on the main door of the restaurant ..asked me where is your voucher for the brekfast ? I answerd that i have no idea if there is requested voucher for the brekfast ...sooo she told me go to reception !!!! Why i have to go to reception !!!! Any way i ignored her instructions and i had my breakfast with my family ....in the other hand i requested lugguge down upon c/out and no body came to my room for 30 min and finaly i relised that i have to help my self by my self..and there is missing items in the room for example / no luggage rack no laundry bag ..

Review 14：Services are not good enought Facilities not maintained well Most of Employees are not friendly, they do not smile. Rooms are not equipped with some standard staff This is the first time ever during my stay in hotels in many countries that security and supervisors disallow any kind of food orders from outside. Mixing room's guest with others who come only during the day in all areas make some guests feel uncomfortable, specially areas next to rooms

Review 17：Everything is very horrible , the staff are unproffesional , the place is a religious place and the pool for women is very dirty , i bought and icecream that was expired , the breakfast is a 2 hotel breakfast its awful there is no hot water in the showers or a water kettle in the room or tissues , i do not recommend it at all .

Review 19：Everything. It should be listed that the hotel is a religious hotel and kids above the age of 8 are not allowed to swim with heir mom's. Food was really bad and the service was worse. It's written in the hotel rules but seriously whi is going to check hotel rules of 5 stars hotel. I barely give it 2 stars.

Review 24：1-The room was Rubbish.There was NO towels and the mini bar was empty.They threw 2 bottles of water to us like a refugee. 2- The idea of not leting your kids to use the mans pool was horrible.Keep arguing with the staff to swim with my young daughter as I couldn't let her swim by her own in ladies pool 3-The food was expensive.

Review 28：- Support from the staff, I had to call the reception five times (including a visit) asking them to provide me with sheets and pillows. Eventually and after more than one hour the guy showed up with the sheets without the pillows (I booked two rooms). - The prices to have lunch/dinner at the restaurant don't worth the quality of food. Some dishes were left empty.

Review 67：very poor choices of food at breakfast buffet and only one table for a lot of people. when we saw the clowns we thought that they really care for kids but they are not serving any corn flex or even a little pancakes for them. no more omlet chefs for 3 visits.very crowded at weekends and all gather at water slides area. there must be more water slides on other sides of the hotel. very pricey hotel for its value, but the crowds makes it that expensive. lagoon is useless.so I think a better hotel or resort with more water slides can take over these crowds. then that would make the lagoon hotel only good for one thing (the woman private area).

Review 68：nice and helpful reception staff especially the girls, the day I arrived they had clowns gifting balloons at the reception for kids. kids areas are nice. water slides are good. excellent view of the lagoon. woman private side. tent mosque.

Review 74：Lovely place with a big artificial lake, family-friendly place, culturally acceptable and a place of joy. Children play areas and special ladies area. Water games. I spent there three days and I enjoyed it so much.

Review 75：It's was supposed to be a five star hotel !!! In my opinion it's s two star hotel or less regarding rooms , towels , cleanness, food,! Ladies swimming pools was unclean ! Public toilets were filthy and smelly !! Towels were worn out and smelly The hotel accommodation price was too hight for such poor quality stay !!!! Anyways first time and last time for me and I don't recommend it to anyone at all !!

Review 82：- Excellent facilities for the children - nice appartments - food was ok - nice women area with big swimmingpool with perfect slides for the girls and a nice spa.

Review 83：It must be understood several things - 1) the hotel is not on the Dead Sea and has no beach, just in case you thought so. 2) the wifi connection is sporadic and not free. 3) most important - this is not a resort hotel where you can parade around in bikinis and skimpy clothing. It is run on Islamic principles whereby in the main swimming areas a full Islamic bathing suit is required. At the far end from the accomodation is a large circular building that is for females and their children ONLY. Here there are facilities like a spa/massage treatment but as stated, males are not allowed inside. Here, but only here, females can be more relaxed in their dress.

Review 84：It is a relatively new hotel and is clean and relatively tidy. There is though still some works and maintenence occuring but is not intrusive. The lagoon is large and pleasant and has a path all the way round where you can walk. It is probably over a kilometre all the way round. The water in the lagoon is far not as salty as the dead sea and is pleasant to swim in.
