Review 1：When we arrived we were told that the price quoted on booking.com was incorrect and that we had to pay an additional $75 for our young children 20months and 3 yrs old. I found this strange as I've always paid the price stated on the website and we had booked a 'family' room, so didn't make sense that we would book a family room with no children. I had also stated two children when booking and spoken to the owner two days prior to arrival who mentioned nothing about the extra they were due to be charging us. The room itself was cramped for a family and needed redecorating desperately. The staff were friendly enough but definitely need to sort out pricing with booking.com and bring the block up to standard that hasn't been touched with a lick of paint in a long while. Narooma is a lovely place to visit but $1250 for five nights for two rooms is too much money for the quality of accommodation in my opinion. Sorry guys I'm just being honest.

Review 5：Little smell while we entered the room. It was ok after we kept the doors open for sometime. Standard rooms don't have microwave ovens. Although it's not advertised, we expect that as a basic for any motel room. No milk or milk powder.

Review 14：The wifi password did not work on 3 devices after countless attempts, only to be rudely told by staff that the wifi password was correct on there own devices, I personally felt like they just didn't want to find a solution, very un satisfied with this since we wouldn't have booked this hotel didn't have wifi working for our business,also the locks to the room doors are rusty and old, entrance to hotel is very dangerous, overall you get what you pay for, there is also no microwave in the room.

Review 87：Noisy to close to the road. They called us and told us they would leave the door open because of our late arrival, but did not leave milk in the fridge so we could have tea/coffee. The office was not open it was after 8am so still no milk in the morning for tea/coffee. The driveway for the hotel is on a curve in the road, dangerous to get in and out of safely. You can hear the next door's tv.

Review 100：I was happy to have selected this motel. It is located at the south entry to Narooma and near the forest. One can see and hear a variety of birds near the motel. The staff was very friendly and advised us about sightseeing in Narooma i,e. whale watching. One could see the whales jumping out of the water from the shores; an impressive view. Just wish I had more time to stay in Narooma.
