Review 1：Pilgrims who walk the Francigena get a 15 euro discount. If you use Booking.com they don't give you the discount. Should have made a phone booking. Breakfast all packaged, not worth waiting for.

Review 3：There isn't much in the way of breakfast - just a snack and a hot drink in the reception area. However, there are several cafes nearby offering more substantial fare.
Review 4：This little hotel is in the heart of Sutri, but in a quiet location. The rooms are nicely furnished - ours had a double and single bed and a pleasant tiled bathroom with lovely soft tiles. The couple who run it are lovely and very helpful, but don't speak any English at all, so it's best to book through a website unless you have some Italian language skills. They helped us out (and saved us a lot of money) by driving our luggage to our next hotel so we could walk on the Via Francigena. Note: the steps to the rooms are winding and there isn't a lift so it's unfortunately not suitable for those with mobility problems.
