Review 1：The woman in the reception was not professional. She charged us beakfast separately even when We told her many times that we booked as breakfast included to the room rate. I got a 170 PLN massage but she tried to charged us 300 PLN! After We pointed out those mistakes, she got an attitude and gave no apology to us about what happened. It took us a long time to check out so our departure was much later than planned. Bad experience!

Review 4：Th entrance is the only issue. You need to go up the lift to the 4th floor to get to the front desk.

Review 6：My reservation was for a room with a king bed however the hotel was full at the time of check in and none were available. The staff offered to move me to a room with a king bed the next day since they were going to have a few free up. Upon moving the new room was obviously previously occupied by a smoker who chose to disregard the nonsmoking policy. The staff ultimately charged me a lower rate and I stayed in the first room. While the concession was finally made it was only done after my request and not immediately offered.

Review 7：Hotel restaurant is rather overpriced and the choices are rather serious, heavy and somewhat strange to my taste. If you want anything small and simple for dinner, it's better to have a walk to pedestrian area.

Review 8：Rooms are large, nice and clean. Parking looks secure. Very good breakfast, lots of choices. Small but nice pool on the top floor.

Review 10：We keep returning to this wonderful hotel. Everything lives up to and exeeds our expectations every time. Rooms are as in a dream, location is right in the middle of the city and the breakfast is lavish. The pool is located on top of the building, so you have a wonderful view of the city while swimming. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Parking is free and very easy, as it is on the 3rd floor of the building, with the hotel being on the 4th.

Review 24：Even if advetise not all rooms have minibar and tea/coffee facilities. It is given randomly to clients. We told to the reception we did not have them as we were paying the same price of rooms with these facilities but they told us we were supposed to request this during the booking no matter if it was advertised. No discount was given

Review 26：They apparently don't understand concept of double room, we got twin with two beds pushed together, but with significant spacing between, quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Review 27：Hotel is new and modern, clean and pretty much everything works. It is inside shopping centre, with closed parking. Rooms were spacious and nice, with large balcony. Excellent breakfast, massive amount of choices, fresh fruits, good coffee.

Review 28：Stayed for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Hotel staff were very helpful, very good breakfast, nice swimming pool and terrace. Pretty much faultless and great location in Legnica and for easy access to major roads. Would not hesitate to go back.

Review 29：Internet connection was too slow even the Wi-Fi signal was strong enough. It was for free but finally I had to use my 3G in roaming to finish my emails as the hotel one was not working well.
