Review 1：Hotel's guess parking area was wet all the time with unknown either rain or leaking pipes. Staff is not efficient, making us waited for our room for hours even though they confirmed over the phone that early check in can be arranged.

Review 3：Car parking too confusing and very narrow road when up or down, toilet has weird smell although it wasn't strong but it makes me unpleasant

Review 5：1. Reception counter - staff was not trained. The staff did not know how to handle a credit card transaction. 2. Parking - No proper direction for in and out, narrow entrance for bigger like MPVs. 3. Floor - Dusty and sandy 4. Room kitchen - cupboard is filthy smelly and is never cleaned. 5. Expensive - no coffee, tea, kettle and mineral for hotel customers. 6. Toilet - lacking in toilet paper. 7. Documentation - not proper documentation as we were given hand written receipt. 8. health - cockroaches roaming around the room and hotel.

Review 6：I DID NOT LIKE ANYTHING AT ALL.

Review 7：The apartment could use some facilities. TV was not working at all. No cooking facilities as advertised. Just a kettle was available when requested.

Review 8：It was close to HUSM which was ideal for us as we had to go there everyday during our stay. The staff were nice and were very flexible in allowing us to shift to a 2 bedroom apartment instead on 2 1 bedroom apartment.

Review 9：Disappointing that the swimming pool was out of use for renovation the whole of my stay and I am aware has still not been fixed. Wifi quite unreliable and did not work in bedrooms for much of my stay or at times anywhere in the building. Kitchen was poorly equipped on arrival - no kettle, crockery or cutlery.

Review 10：Conveniently situated very close to USM Hospital where I was visiting my mother. Comfortable bed and nicely furnished apartment. Staff always polite and friendly, even if they weren't always that helpful.

Review 11：No kettle. Basic facilities describe in the room descriptions was not there. Pool was under maintenance, but nothing seems to be done about it. Kids were disappointed. Only one lift functioning.

Review 13：1. No mirror in the room itself (only in the bathroom- not user friendly). 2. As a Muslim, we aspect there is a 'sejadah' provided in the room. 3. No telephone in the room (easier contact room to room like hotel). 4. No breakfast.

Review 15：No wifi at all!! First we enter the room, we bit impressed with facilities but once we check the toilet, there's no toiletries, no kettles, no soup no towel!!!. And even worst no telephone in the room. We need to drive to first floor since its a service apartment we can't simpliy use the lift, just to get the towel!!. Omg. And my car scratch as the lane to next floor soooooo small. I even watch want car get accident about that.

Review 17：Parking @ Level 3, poor design and narrow path. Dead cockroach- on bed welcoming us. No kettle, no toilet paper(only available upon request) but sorry, no cup. :( Whole room with only 2 towels and two soaps.

Review 18：The apartment is really in a very bad condition, despite being new. It is so dirty, the finishing & quality of the apartment is extremely bad. The service is equally bad and not professional.

Review 20：In the description of the hotel facilities stated that there is microwave oven but sadly none is provided. Tv reception is not good and the interior of one of the elevator is unfinished. Wondering if it really can be use.

Review 22：Employees didn't speak a lot of English, It was very hard to book a cab for the next morning. There was nog wifi as advertised, also no toilet paper. The rooms seem to be more like appartments for rent then hotel rooms. We had a cockroach under the bed which on itself is no big deal in Asia, but after asking the owner for bugspray he didn't seem to care about it at all and provided no help whatsoever.

Get a key and stepin to the room, first of all,toilette with the dirty not flush. Waterstagnant after bath. Aircond remote control not function well.. Only canaccess one channel because there has no tv remote control. Refrigeratornot cool well. One of my bed leg was broken. This is so terrible becausewe always need to be careful when use the broken bed. Miss communicationbetween staff. Guard say no receptionist say yes. So we decided to placeour car outside the hotel area.
