Review 1：Management, rooms are extremely basic, we hated the tub small and slipped several times, pray for stable hot water, dirty rooms, beds uncomfortable, not even towel service, no maide service. Honestly we travel several times a year with our children and this place is the worst facility we ever went to I really sorry we went there.

Review 2：The beach was nice but that's it everything else was terrible especially the management. They try to add charge then say they misunderstood and they don't refund. Go elsewhere this facility is a waste of money.

Review 3：Arrived at 11am, there was no water avaliable, no mean of ordering water as well and no mini bar - we had to order food from outside the hotel to get some water to drink. No breakfast or food available at all. Shower was a joke and so small. Pillows were awful, clearly no staff member/owner has ever tried to sleep with one of them. It was more like an upmarket youth hostel than a hotel. Please don't think I'm just being negative, I have never rated anything before but I think this hotel warranted my honest opinion.

Review 5：weddings and functions made too much noise into the night no cups, plates cutlery or kettle provided language difficulty - you need to speak french or / and arabic

Review 7：The only things provided by the room is 2 towels, and 2 sets of shampoo/conditioner. So pack your own things. The kitchen opens from 10.30am so early the only riser may suffer eralt signs of starvation. It is close to impossible to invite guests to your room. As this place hold a 'no visitor rule'. But of course the savvy traveller will find a way around this.

Review 8：The ocean view was gorgeous from sunrise to sunset. With a modest pool to compliment. Party tunes at the pool bar make for a perfect holiday atmosphere. I had the choice to relax or to party. From the young to the old, everyone was having a great time. The beach was glorious to swim in, shared by kayaks and jet skis. The location was great as there are plenty of things to do in Jbiel. Other areas are not so far away. Staff were reasonable. Others have posted negativity towards staff, and perhaps a outsider may feel hostility towards them, but i disagree. Staff were great and helpful.

Review 9：we have ordered a coffee in the morning, they brought a 3in1 sachet which costs less than a quarter dollars and made us pay around 5$ for it which is not acceptable. More over, the music at night from the pool was extremely loud and it stayed for late hrs

Review 11：There is no front desk at all! there is an office that opens around 9.30 -10.00 am and closes at 5pm. The staff doesn't speak English except the manager. So if you arrive any time out of the working hours of the office, there is absolutely nobody to help you, and you will be left at the gate with your luggage!and there is no breakfast. the only beach bar/cafe opens around 10.30.Until that time there is not even a place to buy water!forget about breakfast.These need to be indicated in your introduction note!
