Review 1：After reading the description of the place and seeing the high scores from other travellers, we were disappointed by this hotel. When we got there around 3 pm, everything was closed, there was no reception sign or anything else like that indicating that we were at a hotel. We waited until 4 pm when the shop opened and then the lady at the shop called someone else to take us to our room. The room was located down a dusty road from the actual Palazzo that you can see in the overview picture, in a rather run-down building. We thought we were completely alone there, but at breakfast we saw other people, who had obviously stayed over night in another location (I suppose the one that's close to the pool and which you can see in some of the photos). Speaking of the pool, we only found out when we got there that it is closed in October, so no chance of using it. I wish this had been made more clear in the description of the hotel. The weather was warm enough to have allowed using the pool and we had just stayed the night before in a hotel which had an outdoor heated pool which you could use any time, so we were quite disappointed about this. If you don't have too high expectations, I suppose this hotel is ok, but I don't find the price justified for what it has to offer.
Review 2：The staff was friendly, the room was clean and the isolated location means that it's very quiet, so if you have a light sleep, this place is definitely good for you
Review 3：Everything! Staff, location, the area, the quietness, the style... All other positive reviews were right on the spot. We stayed in the house away from the main location, about 2 min drive, but the breakfast was served at our building. If you like staying at a quiet farmhouse and enjoy a great, local bottle of wine - this is the place.
Review 4：Bed a liitle hard so first night's sleep poor. Got used to it though. Breakfast could be improved with addition of fresh fruit.

Review 6：Our stay was just wonderful. The facilities, the staff, the location, and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend. We are road cyclists and there is a fabulous touring company 1 Mile away where we could get everything we needed to complete two days of self guided rides through Tuscany.
