Reviews for Dead Sea Spa Hotel

Review 1:The food wasn't very nice. We had ordered a pizza for lunch but it was undercooked and not tasty. The arabic food was ok not the best I've had. The deserts and pastries were tasteless and slightly stale.

Review 2:The views of the Dead Sea were amazing!

Review 3:This is an older hotel, perhaps the oldest in the area. We had to change rooms immediately because ours had just been painted and the scent was very strong. Overall, the rooms are just worn down. We were informed that the water would be shut off between midnight and 3am. Not a problem because we were asleep, but took a while for the water the next morning to become clear again. When you look at the beach for this hotel compared to the others next to it, it is obvious there is a difference. If you are looking for a basic place on the Dead Sea with access to the water, then this will work. If you are looking for a more relaxing resort experience, choose one of the hotels next to it. The name of the hotel suggests something more fancy than was there.

Review 4:The location is on the Dead Sea, next to other resorts and a short walk from the mall. We ate at the mall instead of the hotel. The breakfast was well-stocked and had many options.

Review 5:Expensive dinner, only international cuisine available, nothing from regional cusine. Prices are twice higher than in the cities. For breakfast were more options, but nothing was really tasty and the breakfast room was full of flies. In general hotel of at least one class lower than indicate the number of stars.

Review 6:Location on the shore of the Dead Sea

Review 7:A little variance from their eoutine and they are lost: Cappucino at breakfast not possible under 30 minutes. Towels totally used up. Empty minibar. Damaged sanitary installations (perfect basis for bacteria). Some minor bugs in the bathroom. During checkout they were not able to give a receipt or invoice.

Review 8:Few toiletries and room amenities. Towels looked old and were quite used. Hair in the shower too.

Review 9:Breakfast was fantastic and proximity to the dead sea. The resort was quiet so the beach area was pretty empty so we had the dead sea to ourselves! Short drive to Samarah Mall where we could have dinner etc.

Review 10:Not bad exactly, but the restaurant could have been cleaner, there were often crumbs on the floor, crumbs on the seats, on one occasion a serviette was left on the floor the whole time we were there having breakfast, many staff walked passed it but just ignored it. It is obvious to see why this hotel is only 4 star, little things like the cleanliness and no ATM. I feel the service of the staff in the restaurant could have been better. And they could have been friendlier.

Review 11:The location of the hotel, the bedroom was roomy & clean. We had two complimentary bottles of water each day.

Review 12:Majority of the staff uninterested, more interested in playing on their mobile phones. Pool staff rude. Although one female member of staff in the restaurant was lovely. Swarms of flies around the pool side. Hotel needs repairing. Pools freezing cold.

Review 13:Breakfast buffet, the views of the Dead Sea, parking facilities

Review 14:There was not enough information about rooms so the room was quite small for family adding extra bed. If we knew room situation we won't choose the room. It showed we could add extra bed but it was not big enough to put extra bed. We expected Dead sea spa offers spa but not. The cost to use was quite expensive. Also it was cold but inner pool water was cold so we could not use pool eventhough it eas family trip with kids.

Review 15:Breakfast was good enough fot us to enjoy.

Review 16:Hot water didn't work very well in the bathroom. Some areas around the hotel could use a little maintenance.

Review 17:Staff was friendly and helpful. The price was exactly what booking.com said it would be. The beach area by the Dead Sea is spacious and very nice. Children's pool and play area is nice.

Review 18:The check-in takes too long and we (2 European young women) were ignored among this group of men until we insisted that the personal at the reception takes care of us. The room we had was a bit too basic, with a bathroom door creaking. Moreover, the rooms near the reception hall are not quiet at all because the reception hall is way too noisy. Getting towels for the pools can take too long. Dinner is expensive and there is no real alternative (a mall is a 10 min walk away and they have restaurants where you can also eat outside).

Review 19:The access to the dead sea is very good and mud provided for. Different pools, also a quieter one, exist. The breakfast is very diverse and there is something for everybody.

Review 20:A 4 star hotel in terms of space only, because many things were lacking: all showers along the path to the Dead Sea were out of order, the hair dryers in both our room and our friend's room fell apart in our hands (shock hazard), and the hotel installations require a lot of maintenance.

Review 21:A bit old fashion, the hotel needs repairs and renovations. Specially the beach zone at the dead see need maintenance. When you pretend to be a hotel with a dermatolocical centre, than you also need to maintain your infrastructure.

Review 22:Nice and spacious rooms. Swimming-pool area was OK. Good restaurant and room service.

Review 23:Buffet restaurant expensive for dinner (a la Carter better value for money and tastier food)

Review 24:Right on the Dead Sea, a lovely relaxing and casual hotel but not as fancy/expensive as the 5* resorts, great breakfast spread, we had a premier room with great sea view, good happy hour in the bar.

Review 25:I was overcharged, so I'm disappointed with this hotel. When I booked It showed 120jd to pay when we arrived was charged 175 jd, only after you book they let you know about 17% tax that is not inCluded in price!!! It was 2nd time we spend in this hotel, but I will not go back there. I booked 2 double rooms, when we arrived was given joint rooms, I did not wanted that at all. As well Paid 20 jd for person for dinner was not worth it at all. Rip off

Review 26:Location is great just, just by the Dead Sea how we wanted. Nice breakfast

Review 27:- Resort was old, the room toilet was rusty and the towels were old. The hotel needs renovation and the there should be more restaurants for dinner options.

Review 28:- Beach location was good.

Review 29:The arrogant and unhelpful male jordanian personnel at the reception !!! The 3 (!) room boys doing a minimum service while making fun of me and on top, trying to get a tip !!!

Review 30:The efficient and smiling female and male Asian personnel in the Pub, dining room and SPA.

Review 31:Hotel was very tired. The price of a beer was way to wxpensive and the check in staff were grumpy and almost spat the words booking.com at me.

Review 32:Location to Dead sea was good. Breakfast staff were great as was the breakfast

Review 33:The pool can be a situation of survival of the fittest on busy days. The towel cards are often misplaced by the attendants resulting in some headaches when trying to convince the front desk of it. Key cards are pretty temperamental. Interactions with staff to correct problems aren't usually straightforward or painless.

Review 34:The pool area is very good for young kids. The price, basic amenities and location makes this place a good value. Because of these pros we visit quarterly.

Review 35:Food is very bad. Showers at beach not working. Bathroom is not fitted with shataf or B.D. Water mixer for bathroom was broken.. I won't repeat my visit unless it is totally free of charge...

Review 36:The sea view...

Review 37:Staff very rude, ignorants with erogance, poor missed up English, and can't handle even a basic tasks. Poor facilities, rooms keys always out of charge and you have to recharge it again with the reception.

Review 38:Nice pool compound, good greenery

Review 39:Expensive food and drinks, prices stated in a menu excl. taxes so final price was higher. We could hear noises from the hall in the room (e.g. in the morning when maids started to clean rooms they made noise on the hall). The hotel premises were older and used, also pool surroundings were used and broken.

Review 40:The staff was friendly and our room was clean. Large parking place available for guests. Wifi available in the room and restaurant.

Review 41:The check in was very late and the location was extremely crowded especially during breakfast

Review 42:Location was good and access to the beach was perfect for us.

Review 43:At the gate ( the security registered 5 adults in fact we were 2 adults 3 children) The reception staff just as silly We had to talk to the general manager to solve the problem

Review 44:Nothing

Review 45:The front office staff aren't nice with the guests especially with booking.com guests; as we asked to upgrade the room and having a Late Checkout. They informed us that the owners requested them not to help booking.com guests as they are the lowest rate bookers.

Review 46:The room service and pool restaurant staff were very polite & friendly by acting with high response

Review 47:Because of previous reviews we had dinner outside the hotel in the mall nearby which was ok.

Review 48:It was ok for a short stay. The building and facilities are a bit outdated. Breakfast was very nice, enough choices.

Review 49:Drinks prices were extortionate (3x higher than everywhere else in Jordan). Limited food options and buffet was very expensive (22 JD).

Review 50:Great location next to the dead sea. Lovely room with view of the dead sea.

Review 51:The safety box was not fixed so i do not get the point, no wifi in the room!!!!! , only in the corridor, very annoying from a 4star hotel. We were there during Eid holiday and the hotel was full, kids were running during the night in the corridor and screaming like hell. Sound isolation is hardly perfect. Jordan is very expensive and this hotel is very expensive but unfortunately there is not a many option near Dead Sea. food was ok but bread and bakery things were like 3 days old.

Review 52:Room was clean and causy.

Review 53:The food was about average in quality and taste. My friend found ants in her bathroom.

Review 54:The suite was very spacious. I enjoyed access to the Dead Sea and the pool.

Review 55:The facilities are bit old and need renovation. The food at the dinner was mostly Arabic and not too many options to choose from.

Review 56:The best were the slides and the small swimming pools for children.

Review 57:The entrance is huge and it gives you the impression that you're entering a 5 stars hotel, but it's not, and we didn't recognise it at first as it has no sign. Making the check in we were given the room key without giving us any information regarding the breakfast, and there was a card that I didn't notice that I had it until we reached the pool area to take beach towels, we knew then that it should be with that card, we were upset as they didn't clearly explain it to us and we had to go back to the room to get it. The hotel has the potential to be a 5 stars hotel but it is neglected and there are fallen off paint and there are nails for hanging photos but there are no photos.

Review 58:The best thing in the hotel that it has a router beside every room or 2 rooms. The breakfast is variable and really good. The cleaning boys are really nice and cooperative.

Review 59:Food was not good. Reception, the are not profissional they were about to give me a different type of room (standard room) while my booking was for Delux room but fortunately I was having with me the printout of my booking. Very noise air conditioner. Bad smell in the toilet . Swimming pools are too old some already got rusted without any maintenance ,,even they are not clean.

Review 60:Nothing special

Review 61:Air conditioning is poor, i checked with hotel management and i got no response although i extended for 2 more days. The mini bar was not working as well

Review 62:Facilities and breakfast were perfect, i have extended for two more days directly through the hotel reception

Review 63:They are not professional. And becouse we made our reservation by booking.com they gave us the bad room and advice us next time to reserve room throu him

Review 64:The TV was broke the while time. The frig was broke the while time the outlet burnt my phone out . The food over priced and check in the guy only knew sir but asked me to pay my stay even though I paid ed booking.com

Review 65:They give you towels when going to the swimmingpool and there is a great choice for the breakfast (usually included in the room rate)

Review 66:The staff at the reception is neither welcoming nor professional (they do not pay attention of people when at the reception, they deal with more than one client at the same time, there is only one PC so it happens that the staff have to queue for the PC to arrange the check-in/out, and not very polite). Moreover, at least for us, the room and the toilet smelled funny and it was not well isolated (we could hear everything happening at the room next to ours and in the corridor). We requested a double bed and when we got at the reception they told us that our room was with twin beds. We showed the reservation and they sent us with the hotel manager to arrange the change of bed/room. The showers near the sea did not work, the swimming pool water was hot (not really refreshing during the summer heat) and the staff in general was not nice.

Review 67:1) Wi-fi is very slow. 2) Do not have dinner at this hotel. They dont have a variety of dishes and plus it is expensive. You will not like if you are a meat lover. 3) We booked pick-up from the airport through booking.com They confirmed it but nobody came to the airport and we were waiting about 1 hour!!!! I don't know if its booking.com fault or hotel staff but receptionist said us that there was a gap in my request. We took a taxi at the airport. They did "upgrade" our room from moutain view to sea view. Thank you that guy from reception. He was really friendly. So you better call hotel before if you need a taxi.

Review 68:1) Friendly staff 2) Dead Sea 3) Good air-conditioner in the room. :) 4) If you want to take tours to Petra, Madaba, Jordan River or Amman call tour guide Mohammad. He gives good prices. All staff know him. :)

Review 69:Staff is not friendly, bad service at reception. They lost my booking reservation and kept me on waiting for too long till they fixed me a room, room was not well cleaned before they let me in and was twin beds although I asked for a king size bed. Recommended only for the price nothing else.

Review 70:totally over priced and only way to get to the area is by taxi costing 40-50 JOD each way. On top of all that the hotel takes another 50 JOD deposit at check in! Hotel also refused my reservation as a single male until I informed them of my US passport then they agreed! Hotel full of families with lots of kids. Building design is ugly and rooms and hallways are out of proportion. A can of pepsi by the swimming pool costs nearly $7.5 (5 JOD). In the end, the main reason of coming here, the Dead Sea, is separated from the hotel itself by a dystopic landscape with broken chairs and umbrellas and no hotel services whatsoever. Ridiculous!

Review 71:Staff attitude, cleanness, bed was sooooo loudy and uncomfortable, staff dealing with u as if u r asking for charity, rooms noisy, pool dirty, zero facilities

Review 72:Quality of restaurant buffet food, price of drinks, cleanliness of communal toilets. Lack of poolside service for drinks.

Review 73:Swimming pool area, pub showing football, friendliness of man who cleaned our room.

Review 74:Everything, It May Deserve 1 Star, Not 4. Very Poor Quality Of Everything, Looks like old dirty apartment, poor facilities, Not Recommended

Review 75:Nothing, Not Recommended At All, Stay At Home Much Better

Review 76:Breakfast Dinner Both are not enough They didn't clean the bathroom Careless about the clean

Review 77:I like the beach as is clear I like the party in the terrace Some of the staff especially in the reception

Review 78:They've looked into our luggage and removed all kind of food like Pepse. The reason is to buy it from inside 15 times its price .. !! They called me 2 weeks later claiming I have broken the mirror..!! Such a nasty lie .. !!! AC is not cooling..!! Card keys not working and u have to program it at every entry!!

Review 79:Pools were great for all ages. My children and I loved it. It has a big slide too ...

Review 80:We asked for extra bed was too expensive .toilets and bathroom wasn't as good and not very clean . Room doors are slamming too loud all the time noise in hallways all the time .

Review 81:Swimming pools were very good and right on the Dead Sea beach .

Review 82:Fast Internet inside the room, comfortable bed and cold AC! Staff are accommodating esp. Filipino's at the restaurant but need to add more options for the breakfast food! I like the swimming pool but I can't use my canon camera with my tripod, some staff told us not to use it coz it's a private pool and some people will get annoyed if they will be captured with my camera. Some facilities outside of the hotel should maintain anf make it new to attract more guest, to clean up the place all the way to the pool and plant more trees and flowers around the vicinity. To put more cottages around the dead sea and to put more trees around to look it more beautiful! To put a bar for the food beside the pool and it is better to extend the time in the pool for us to enjoy it esp the kids and to open it early in the morning like 7 or 8am in the morning for the summer!

Review 83:Not Good English speaker. Ac did not work in the room and with mycomplain no one considered to fix it. The restaurant near the poor wasnot clean. No one gave towel for the swimming because no staff to givetowels. At 6 pm no mud near the beach and thats why we there. No mineralwater near the salty beach in case we want to clean our eyes for anyincidents. Also there was no rescuers in the beach.

Review 84:Location only

Review 85:Really it was the worst experience I ever had they have to improve there service as they have some weird rolls and i will never back again to this hotel the same value you are paid you can chose better hotel

Review 86:Only the sweming pool

Review 87:The hotel is very dirty, i did see any place in the hotel that give me feel its a clean place, aircondition in the rooms was very weak as well as in the commen areas, fload of water was in the corridors, pools are also dirty and its water was very hot, you can easly realize, no proper maintenance going on on this hotel!!!

Review 88:To be honest, nothing!!

Review 89:The front desk staff kept me waiting for 3 hours until they found my booking! They didn't care wether I'm satisfied or not. My reservation was supposed to be Delux room they placed me in a room that's "regular" not Delux. Air conditioning is not working, balcony door doesn't open. Telephone doesn't work! Room tempt in the room over 100F!

Review 90:None.

Review 91:Smelly toilets, smelly pool water, towels in pool area are very old and looks bad. There is a toilet near the pub that smells unbelievable! Never seen something like that

Review 92:The rooms are ok

Review 93:No towels in rooms even after calling several times and going down to front desk. Couldn't bring in bottled water we purchased from a grocery store to save money, and was forced to buy $4 per bottle from the hotel, even though we explained that the weather was extremely hot and the kids needed lots of water that we can afford. Frustration during our stay was high.

Review 94:the room was so old air conditioner is weak, not working well swimming pool was so dirty single guys were annoying, dunno know how could they be inside the pools yelling and bother everyone and saying bad words front of children and families

Review 95:i like the stuff who works there always smiling and being nice to costumers

Review 96:The Air condition was so poor. No use in complains. Nobody bothered to respond. Bunch of inefficient, inexperienced team in the front desk. Totally clueless.

Review 97:Clean, great wifi, good Restaurants and spa.

Review 98:Staff treatment Staff not cooperated Room keys always not working unless I go to front office to make new one Cot bed not enough The beach is little bit far Regards

Review 99:Location Pools Balcony is good Quit hotel Close to the mall

Review 100:- Dirty spots on Bed sheets and towels. - Cockroach in toilet. - No toothbrushes and toothpaste. shampoo and shower gel tubes for one person only but we ware 2+2 years kid. - Poor Wifi even after midnight. - Refrigerator, nightstand lamp, toilet splash and water valves need maintenance.

Review 101:Food, Staff & kids swimming pool.

Review 102:Low quality mattresses, it is very hard to sleep on. The showers close to the beach are pathetic. Old bathrooms and towels that smell smoke.

Review 103:The free breakfast. I have never seen that many items of food being offered. The cheapest hotel at the Dead Sea.

Review 104:Staff in reception was not friendly. Asked us to pay for baby cot? No where on booking did I see this. The hotel booklet in the room stated free. Also, asked for hair conditioner. Front desk said they would send. Didn't arrive. Asked cleaning staff and they don't have any.

Review 105:Staff in dining rooms and sport bar!!

Review 106:house keeping and poor service,,,,, noise and disturbance till the midnight,,,, i requested a baby bed through your respected site before i travel to the hotel,,,, but i was surprised that there is no baby bed ready and i had to complain to the manager till i got one.

Review 107:facility is very nice, good price,,, nice place

Review 108:The Breakfast :( If i where the manager i would surly change the Breakfast Flow....... 1- Increase the amount of Arabic local food since it is cheap and quick , having a seperate station with fresh arabic bread and a guy to fill the Foul for the guests will surly increase your customner satisfaction and decrease the cost 2- Add a Saj station, Using ready made Sharak bread for only white cheese and Zaatar this will also do the same as the above 3- Separate the stations and increase the arabic local food and drinks like normal tea will surly improve the customer satisfaction 3-

Review 109:I loved the pool areas and all of them over looking the sea , also all the guys working and helping the kids in the pool area where doing a great Job , and special thanks to waseem from the reception as he was doing a great work handling a lot of check in and check out and all the customer nagging, he was amazing in handling guests

Review 110:- Cockroach in the bathroom - Bathroom not clean - No lifeguard on the beach which mean that a stranger from outside was able to come on the premises and take pictures of girls - Food was not good - Maintenance of hotel also mediocre - "adult only" pool full of children

Review 111:- Pool - Slide

Review 112:We were given a room that had a door that was unable to be opened without MacGyver style tactics (room 312). The issue appeared to be well known to the staff, yet nothing was done prior, nor does it appear as though anything will be done to rectify the issue. We requested an additional roll in bed prior to our arrival, and was informed that this would not be an issue. However, it took several rounds of negotiations with the staff to actually have them roll the bed in at bedtime, despite their quickness to ask for the additional money the moment we checked in. Additionally, the room appeared to not have been thoroughly cleaned. The toilette had urine and toilette paper in it. Also a high deposit was required to rent lockers by the pool. Upon returning my locker key, the staff attempted to only return half of my deposit. It is unclear as to why they thought that was acceptable, but it took the staff nearly 30 minutes and several phone calls and the involvement of the manager for them to return my deposit. During the time frame nothing was explained to me, and I was more or less pushed off to the side while they dealt with issues from other guests, while receiving the occasional glance followed by the statement "Just one minute, sir." Lastly, it appears as though the hotel is in cahoots with local taxi drivers to extort guests out of money. One of my companions left an item in a taxi, upon discovering this, the taxi was contacted and the item returned. The driver demanded money, and a small amount was given. However, it was not to his satisfaction. The driver spoke with the reception, and they obviously informed him when we would be checking out, as he was standing there waiting for us, to try to extort more money from us. It was obvious that the hotel divulged our check out time, as we had requested a late check out.

Review 113:The location was nice. The pub has a happy hour, and the staff their seemed to be nice in comparison to the rest of them.

Review 114:I am more an adventurous backpacker person, so I prefer personal accommodation but chose this place for it's direct access to the Dead Sea. There is no way whatsoever to reach the hotel by public transportation and getting rides from the Hotel's "travel agency" is rather expensive, but can be negotiated a little bit.

Review 115:Dead Sea Spa Hotel is close to the Dead Sea and offers towels for hotel guests before going to get all muddy and salty. The rooms were good with a nice view over the Sea. Breakfast was versatile and staff was polite.

Review 116:No life inside the hotel.I checked in around 9.30 pm and went to the outside restaurant. Only 3 tables, no music no life no entertainment. ...

Review 117:Breakfast Ok

Review 118:wifi is slowly , prices in bars are very high, (one bottle is cca, 3 usd $ ),

Review 119:Staff is very nice and professional, location of hotel is beautiful, room is clear and swimming pools are clear.

Review 120:Rusti dirty old building, starting from the rooms card which need to be recharged every time you want to access the room, the AC is really noisy and you won't be able to stay without it (headaches) The bed sheets and the pillows smells cigarettes/ tobacco, the bathroom was smelly and dirty and we tried to call the room service, reception and the housekeeping and we've got no answer so we went down to the reception and told them but they didn't act either.... The shower head was broken and keeps going down. We asked for a king bed for one of rooms and received twin bed and when we asked to change the room they said this is the only available room... And they offered to move them close to each other but they didn't come to. The breakfast is fine if the dishes and containers weren't empty, omelet, waffles and pancakes service is really slow and even the waiters are careless. The swimming pools are fine only if they're not full of kids ( even the one which was for adults only), one of the swimming had settled down and you can obviously see the cracks, the water nor the tiling around are clean.

Review 121:the receptionists are welcoming, Samara mall is 1 km away. If you book from this website they will put you on the old part of the hotel which sucks.... The mud is available on the beach but there is no coach there.

Review 122:1. My booking was for a deluxe room with balcony.I was given a room without balcony 2. Room was not clean. 3. Breakfast options are poor. Bread was frozen. I addressed my concern to front desk but he said all this is normal ( rude staff)

Review 123:THE RECEPTIONIST TOLD ME THEY DO NOT OFFER BABY COTS AND HE DID NOT SAY THE TRUTH WHEN I ASKED FOR IT AND SAID THAT BABIES SLEEP BESIDE THEIR PARENTS IN THE SAME BED CLAIMING THAT IT IS THE HOTEL'S POLICY. ADD TO THIS, THERE WAS WATER CUT/ SHORTAGE IN THE TOILETS FOR MORE THAN 2 HOURS DURING THE MORNING. ALSO, I FOUND A PAPER UNDER MY ROOM DOOR ASKING US TO MAKE A CHECK OUT THOUGH I BOOKED FOR 2 NIGHTS AND MADE ME GO TO THE RECEPTIONIST TO CONFIRM MY STAYING FOR ANOTHER NIGHT. IT SEEMS THAT THE STAFF ARE UN ORGANIZED.

Review 124:The staff at the reception were rude, unprofessional and not helpful. The only rude staff I experienced throughout the whole trip in Jordan for 8 days. One receptionist called Mahmoud was particularly rude and made us feel very unwelcome and he had a severe attitude. The food in the pub restaurant was also terrible. I recommend eating somewhere else.

Review 125:Great location, better value than neighbouring hotels and access to beach and mud. Good experience but 1 night was enough.

Review 126:I thought check in staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. As we were not happy with the bathroom flooded the person my husband spoke to was a little rude. He more or less said what do you expect for 97 dinars a night. Also we had to ask for a slip mat in the bathroom. This was not my first stay here previous visits were great.

Review 127:Breakfast as always was 5 star.

Review 128:A lot with regard to looking after guests access to the hotel during thee world economic forum. We arrived to be barred by the military from the road (a distance of 400m from the hotel entrance. I had to call the hotel about a dozen times for the hotel to send a driver to collect us from a nearby hotel. I later requested an electric adaptor which I duly received, but was told I should pay a 10 dinar security. I refused.

Review 129:Hotel as a good beach and mud buckets for guests. also tracked receding water level which brings home the impact of water extraction from River Jordan. Hotel a little tired in appearance for a 4 star hotel - scuff marks around bath. Same with restaurants/bars.

Review 130:We did not feel welcome at all: the staff were unmotivated to help us at all checking in, gave us a room that had different specs as the one we booked, were unwilling to rectify this at first and after long complaint reluctantly gave as the room we had booked - that was just badly cleaned. After at talk with the manager we were upgraded to a different room that was huge - but again not clean at all, sinks that didn't flush, and so on. This hotel that allures to be one of the big resort hotels at the Dead Sea is punching above it's weight class: the staff is not up to managing and maintaining the hospitality, cleanliness, and luxury feeling that goes with the location. And at 180 eur/ night it's just a big hoax. On the last morning the general manager was visiting these premises and service changed radically for the better, proving that this hotel need better on site management and motivated staff.

Review 131:The location is gorgeous.

Review 132:Some problems with mosquito. But staff helpful and moved us.

Review 133:Great staff, nice newly decorated rooms and a fair price. Nifty location -can eat in hotel or wander to movenpick, samara mall eyc

Review 134:Floors of rooms had long dark hair. Not mine, which is short and light. Some of the areas have been cleaned, but still could pay attention the the bathroom grout. No shower close to the sea, which is very difficult if one gets salt in the eyes, or burning salt on scrapes or cuts, as there is no place to rinse. But overall, I enjoyed the relaxation of this area. Would like to see more lively evening events.

Review 135:Convenience to Dead Sea. The availability of the spa.

Review 136:Location right on Dead sea which makes it very convenient. Lovely big grounds to walk about and more than 2 pools. Nice selection of restaurants if didnt' want to do buffet. Big comfortable room. Had a nice side view of Dead Sea and also overlooked hotel next door, which was pretty nice with all the trees and shrubs. Room was on the quiet side of the hotel in new wing. Never felt run over and crowded as grounds are large enough to enjoy some quiet time

Review 137:Pool area needs total Refurbishment. Water was not clean, my kids refused to swim. Second day better as it was not so busy from from weekend day trippers. Beach area resembles a building site/rubbish tip.

Review 138:Room was spacious. Staff in the pub friendly.
