Review 1：lift is until ground floor only and not basemend, have to carry luggage down staircase.
Review 2：Within walking distance to food stall and big shooping centers like Giant, Parkson. Just a few minutes drive to Siti Khadijah market
Review 3：There was an unpleasant odour in the room, like a garbage/sewer smell. The pillow cases had a smell that was not clean, as if it had not been washed or not washed properly. No toiletries like soap/shampoo/facial tissues and no spare toilet roll. The toilet leaked when flushed.

Review 15：Nothing really. We didn't have any bad experience at the apartment and the housekeeper was very responsive and easy to communicate with via phone and text messaging, so everything went smoothly, including thoughtful help with a taxi for the onward journey.
Review 16：A strategically located apartment. A very responsive on-site housekeeper meant no problems for receiving keys on arrival. A spacious room with en suite kitchen facilities including a fridge. It is walking distance from the town centre, its museums, an excellent buffet restaurant for breakfast plus a highly recommended market selling choice silks.

Review 18：Hospitality of the staff. He helps out with all our demands over and above his duty and responsibility. Location is very central in the city and you can walk everywhere from the apart hotel. The room is very spacious and all the facilities are new.

Very convenient in term of public transport such as taxi and bus. 5min journey to kota bharu mall. The onwer is very honest. I accidentally left my camera there and she call me to ask what should she do with the camera. She even go to the extend of sending my camera to my house via post. It is an extra mile.
