Review 1：Friendly, helpful, professional staff, ideal location, comfortable room, pleasant front terrace on which to enjoy an afternoon drink, good free breakfast at nearby sister hotel. This is a charming place where the staff makes you feel right at home.

Review 3：This being a dependance of the Chang Heritage Hotel, it relies on staff from said hotel for cleaning and check-in/out. This causes some delays here and there.
Review 4：Excellent location, practically on the same spot as the famed Three Nagas. Very nice atmosphere with the open-faced coffee shop downstairs. Colonial atmosphere rooms with lots of dark wood.

Review 11：The room is good - clean and comfy - but too bad it have no windows at all. Beside, during our 2 days stay, 85% of time the water went out. I went to tell the staff about the issue, every time the staff went back to say the issue has been fixed, the water still does not work. Moreover, in some case the light goes out for a while (5-10 minutes). In our second day, the TV stop working - and it wasn't fixed even when we leaved the hotel. The hotel has nice service I wouldn't argue, but the they should focus on the basic requirement (such as the water) before going for service.
Review 12：The location is very close to the city center - a few minutes walk to attraction like Wat Xieng Thong or the Night Market. There is also a free bicycle to use (need to ask the staff though).
Review 13：The price was too much for what we got and not oven air con, thankfullyit was not too hot. Some rooms had it, just not ours.Breakfast was included which was toast,croissant and fruit, tea/coffee, juice. I wanted eggs which they would make for $5 for one egg and $10 for two eggs. Laundry was $10, lunch was $10' they also inflated the cab ride to the airport. So all in all I felt they were trying very hard to squeeze every last dime out of me and I certainly wasn't getting 3rd world prices... My recent trip to Europe was just slightly more expensive.
