Review 1：The guy at the front desk seemed absolutely lost when we arrived. It took quite a while to check us in and he gave us the wrong rooms.

Review 4：Not far away from the center of the town. Roomy rooms with a good view from the terace. Also it's near the zoo.

Review 5：I had thought the breakfast was 2 lev/day, but it was actually 2 euro. It was my misunderstanding, but for 2 euro, I would not have asked for it.

Review 6：The staff was very friendly and responded promptly when we asked for extra towels and pillows. The room was fine - a good size with the twin beds and a couch (Bulgarian style), TV and desk; the AC worked well. The shower (with no partition between it and the rest of the bathroom) took a little getting used to, but we found the same pretty much all through Bulgaria. It's part of the adventure of travel. While the hotel is a little out of the way, it was an opportunity to walk more, which was just fine, and we found several different routes to the pedestrian areas of the town.
