Review 4：- The heating should turn on automatically around 4PM, but twice we returned in the evening and we needed to ask a gal at the front desk to turn it on and there was quite cold in the room. The third day it was finally OK and for the first time we had a warm room :-) The elevator was not working, but the hotel is on 1 floor, so not a huge issue
