Review 1：-Water from the tap is very ferruginous. Taking a shower is limit disgusting in these conditions -Breakfast is pretty poor

Review 3：There was only one towel, not smaller one for face. It's a little bit from a main road. In a dark, not lightened street. Little bit spooky when you're arriving at night.

Review 6：Location, food, service and garden! all was excellent. We arrived late in the evening but when we decided to walk around the garden with our small dog, we have been granted with lightening of the area. It was a nice touch of special attention to us.

Review 7：Very nice and cozy place to stay just before or after crossing Belorussian/Polish border amongst fields and forests. Nice nature around including own area with small lake. Very friendly staff and good meal in the hotel's restaurant. Nice and clean rooms. And everything for very reasonable price. Closely to Biala Podlaska town with all infrastructure. An ideal place for short stay for auto travelers.

Review 10：Single bed sheets did not fit, so all of us ended up sleeping on bare mattresses, no AC, so had to open the window only to be awaken in the morning by cars speeding up on the otherwise deserted street leading to the hotel from the main road

Review 35：We stayed here for the second time. Again everything was great. Extremely pleasant staff. Quiet location, but not far from the main road. Clean room. Private parking. Wi-Fi. Breakfast is great with hot dishes and unlim coffee (from coffee machine) - espresso, capuccino, latte etc.

It is not in the town, it's only 1km away from the road to the Poland-Belorussia boarder - verycomfortable if you travel by car: you don't have to go to the centerof Biala-Podlaska and waste time in the morning to continue yourjourney. Very large parking. Large green territory with a small lake,wooden bridge, trees, walking paths with lanterns - will be interestingfor young travellers to investigate. We had a huge nicely furnished roomwith a large and comfortable double bed + baby cot for our 3 year-old(free of charge). If you arrive late, the restaurant is open till 22.00:the food they cook is simple, but good. The breakfast is not"super", but good (nice pancakes with cottage cheese!). Theprice is more than reasonable for the level of service. Very friendlyand helpful staff - thank you! Excellent WiFi.

Review 38：We liked the quieteness of the place and a beautiful small park. We were travelling from Moscow by car and we were in the need of a nice place for a proper sleep. In that terms it was perfect. Nice restaurant to have a dinner, which was not perfect but fine. Good breakfast.

Review 49：The whole stay was wonderful. The hotel is located on the road between two fields. As we arrived at 9pm we could not see all the beauty around. But in the morning we were surprised by amazing views, nature and territory. The room was large with a big double bed. We had a delicious dinner for just 10 euro. Breakfast was included but it could have more variety. For this price it was adequate though. Absolutely recommended.

Review 50：It was great place for us. But for someone without car the location could be a problem =). If you are travelling without GPS navigator you could easily, especially at the night, miss a turn to Porosuiki (small green direction sign "Porosuiki 2").
