Review 2：Staff were Lovely and Breakfast really good Rooms were very clean and comfortable but very modern and a little cold in feel. Secure parking off the road
Review 3：Very comfy bed and very clean. Also had (free) secure parking for my motorcycle in a private fully enclosed courtyard. I can recommend the nearby Italian restaurant.
Review 4：Parking, in rear of hotel, was accessible only through a VERY narrow drive, risking scraping the sides of one's car if not extremely careful. Good to have secure, off-street free parking, but perilous getting in and out. Breakfast was really only so-so.
Review 5：Staff was generally nice and helpful. No real problems with the room, cleanliness, things working properly, etc. This is not a 5-star hotel, but it is fully adequate as a place to stay for a few nights, and good value.
Review 6：Two items I expect in a hotel room were missing: no in room coffee service and no in room iron and ironing board.
Review 7：The staff was very attentive and responsive to any requests. The updated rooms were very comfortable. The hotel restaurant was superb. The breakfast met a wide range of potential customer requirements.
Review 8：The town of La Louvière is not very interesting (nor known for its touristic attractions). We stayed here because there wasn't any hotel in Mons that attracted us. But in fact La Louvière is well located to make trips to Namur, Louvain, Mons and Dinant.

Review 24：1. Breakfast is not so good - omlet was cold and not tasty (it wasn't cooked in the hotel, but bought in a supermarket), no sausages, tea and coffee are on request 1 cup per person. 2. Rooms are very small, and need some renovation. No air conditioning or climate control. 3. No safe in room. 4. Personnel doesn't speak English at all. 5. Check out at 11, and we were called by phone at 11 to leave the room. That wasn't friendly at all. 6. Entrance to the parking is very narrow. If you have a wide car (SUV etc.), you may have problems.
