Review 6：The pool was good n not many people used it. A choice of bathrobes - light cotton and thick towel one. Housekeeping provided praying clothes for feminine Muslim coz I forgot mine.

Review 7：I requested for attached rooms during booking confirmation. But when I turned up for check in their staff informed that there were no attached rooms available. I supposed the hotel should keep the attached rooms for me as I have made a request in my booking. Otherwise just delete 'special request' column since it seems like it didn't serve the purpose of it.

Review 45：Comfort, new, buffet spreads, i left my laptop and the staff assisted me for collection arrangement. Parking is free, location is good, near KB Mall, Kukup Ikan Bakar (one of the famous seafood restaurant in KB). I booked 2 different type of room for 1st (Classic Room) and 2nd night (Perdana Executive Room). I requested to upgrade to Perdana Executive Room for both nights and they were kind enough to fulfilled my request.

Review 48：Was upgraded to a Suite from Deluxe Room. Front desk was prompt, accommodating, friendly. Check in was quick. Was allowed to check in at 12pm for 2 out of 3 rooms as they were ready. The suite was spacious. There was an espresso machine. Xtra bath towels. The kids love the swimming pool.

Their IT person was in my room for about 2 hours trying to speed up the wi-fi, but to no avail. It's flat out slow! If wi-fi is important to you, don't stay here. The buffet was average. Nothing special.

Review 53：1. The hot shower was not working. Even though it has been fixed by the maintenance guy, it takes 10-15 minutes to hot.2. The toilet bowl was broken. Luckily my father was aware about that. As a return, they changed to another room. 3. The room service a bit poor. We went out in the morning and when we arrived at the evening, the room was still not been tidy up.

Review 54：1. The location of the hotel - at the heart of the city center. You can strolling around nearby hotel to find local foods or can rent a car. This hotel just one and half hour to go Kuala Besut jetty, before you off to Perhentian Island.2. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I went a trip to Kota Bahru in raining season and asked the staff where is the nearest laundry shop from the hotel and he suggested me to go to TESCO. There are few self-service laundry shop. Very convenience. 3. The food was okay and I can say an average hotel standard. 4. This hotel just did a great renovation and refurbishment. New carpet in the room, comfortable mattress and pillows, new duvet cover. 5. The pool was really nice. My children really enjoyed it. 6. My wife had an opportunity to try the spa. The fees was cheap and she really satisfied with the treatment. Overall, it's a great hotel to stay :)

The guard, bell boy,receptionist,the chef and staffs (cerana cafe), manager,Mr.Ek Chaiu and of course, was lucky to meet the GM himself, Mr.Taha. The hotel is very clean,looks minimalist classy with cosy ambience. The room is white, spacious enough, comes with very comfy pillows & mattress.I like the smell of its toiletaries - lavender & chamomile. Be prepared to be spoilt with choices for breakfast ;)

Review 73：The room was so far from the elevator, it was a longggg wayy to the room ( I suggest to build another elevator). And the elevator was a bit dysfunctional (the door kept on opening when there was no one outside). The swimming pool was nice but when I dived in inside, I saw a lot of small tiles of the pool fell out of the place :O. And the toilet was wayyy too small for the overly spacious room.

Review 74：The staffs are friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious. The gym was completely equipped. The breakfast here was lovely, especially the Laksa Terengganu and Nasi Goreng Kampung (muy delicioso).

Review 75：Did not like the way the toilets were built. When taking a shower, the water would spill onto the floor. The rooms were small & uncomfortable. When I was there, the air-conditioner was hardly working & the temperature outside was hot.

When i am entering that toilet, they dont even wash it i think, they just put the toilet paper n took the rubbish.the toiletteries oso not a complete set.the sink n bath tub was coating with dirt n mould,the mirror,the tap..owh.. discusting.lucky that my sister bring an antiseptic liquid along.. so i sprayed everything wit that things n so we can have our shower n using the toilet..the really worst part of the toilet is everything was broken..the toilet bowl water tap,the tiles,the shower tap,the shower holder.i dont know wht else to tell.the bed head also coating with mould. The house keeping is not even tide up the room completely.its a really big mess.i was stayed there for 3d2n.i have been stayed in many hotels before.but this the worst. I only love the food.

I travelled with my parents and it was impossible for them to shower in the bathtub. The cleaning services do not clean our room in the morning. They only came at 3.00 p.m. of which we were in the room n requested them not to make up the room since we wanted to take a rest.

Review 126：The toilet is badly constructed with water constantly dripping from the sink to the bathroom floor. The bath tub layout did not cater for water drainage at its sides resulting in water collecting on the floor too. This caused the bathroom to be constantly wet.

Review 138：There was a connecting door to the next room, it had quite a large gap at the bottom and the noise from the next room was quite loud. We did not notice it during the day but at night it was hard to sleep as there was a small child crying and shouting until 2am.
