Review 1：No bad experiences at all. Everything went extremely well for us during our stay.

Review 2：Beautifully located in the heart of Rovereto accessible to trains shops, museums, and historical centre. Staff were very helpful and welcoming providing great advice to travellers. excellent rooms in the premium category.

Review 3：The new roof deck with bar, jacuzzi, and amazing views of the Roman coliseum was just spectacular!! There is also a sauna and steam room on the top floor. Lovely! Rooms are small (as in most city hotels) but very clean and comfortable.

Review 4：Very clean and good located. Very good service and nice staff. Nice people at front desk and useful information about the city and restaurants (Pizza la Margarita).

Review 5：Disappointed in not having a nice powerful thermostatically controlled shower (handheld unit with enough power to wet the ground but not much more). Internet WiFi was somewhat temperamental sometime accessing the outside world but often not in spite of lots of signal being available.

Review 6：Staff were great. As noted the location is excellent - close to station, the old town and the meetings I need to be at. Facilities are generally good (a long slow upgrade is underway). Breakfast is reasonable but lack of hot food at any other time could be a problem but Rovereto itself offers lots of good little places (except on Monday when the town closes).

Review 10：Rovereto is a town most people pass through, but they shouldn't. It is a friendly little Italian town with a fantastic museum and this hotel is a convenient, accommodating, friendly place located right next to the train and bus station. I got a Trentino guest card, restaurant recommendations, an upgrade, and will definitely stay again when returning. Grazie mille!

Review 28：The rooms were beautiful, the breakfast was good, and the location wasconvenient. There was plenty to do within walking distance, and Roveretois a lovely town. In a conversation with the front desk clerk, wementioned the museums that we had passed on our walk and, learning ofour interest in museums, she offered us passes good at many of them. Wevisited the war museum and the Bell of Peace, which saved us about 35euros apiece with the passes. This may not be available all the time,but it was certainly a delightful surprise for us. We would come back toLeon D'Oro and stay longer next time.

Begin Augustit was not too crowded and in 30 minutes passing beautiful landscape andpretty small villages you are directly in torbole at the lake garda. Inthe Hotel they gave me a ticket and I could use the buses for free.Rovereto is a nice little village with an old part, Shopping andRestaurants. Train, Busses and center, all within 5 minutes walk. It ismuch more relaxing and cheaper there than directly at the lake. Staffmuch more friendly, because less stressed. Room was pretty, quiet, verygood air condition and had everything you expect from a 4 star.I Had agreat stay there.

Mine was a twin room and thebeds were ultra comfy, each having two big feather pillows (heavenly!).The room was warm and welcoming and the bathroom was spacious and had amakeup mirror, which is always a welcome find in a hotel room!

Review 38：Good location in the city center. Room and bathroom with walk-in shower was spacious, clean and quiet. The airconditioning worked well, you can choose your own roomtemperature. The receptionist spoke German. There are a few free parkinglots beside the hotel but we chose to put the car in the underground parking for 10 euro a day.

Review 39：The hotel surpassed our expectations. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was large as was the en-suite. Both were spotlessly clean and and looked newly refurbished. Communal areas were also very well furnished. Free access to Internet available in reception area. Hotel is in quiet location 5 minutes walk from main square. Good places to eat and drink nearby. We were able to access free parking owned by hotel though this might be difficult in high season. Parking in street outside - but need to pay during office hours. Even the earthquake didn't spoil our stay!!
