Review 1：Richard was most helpful, emailing us some requested information prior to the stay and assisting us with our enquiries during our visit. The room was very clean.
Review 2：Overpriced for what it provided and after our first night apart from 'tidying ' our room there was little else done like dusting or vacuuming . It's the little things you notice when away from home

Review 10：These guys couldn't have been more helpful. No problem in twice changing the booking and on the day of departure no problem in checking out at 11:30 to facilitate a sweaty cyclist returning from his ride having a shower before departing.

Review 16：This accomodation fell into the category of first class motel and was very good value. King size bed was super comfortable. Plenty of space throughout and spotlessly clean.

Review 21：The bed sheets were not really white, house keeping just folded over the quilt when making the bed and left our flat sheet crumpled as we left it when we got out of bed, there is no headboard (weird to care about such a thing I know!), towels are charcoal coloured which feels weird and our bath mat had bleach stains and was frayed.

Review 27：The towels had an odour. There was washing liquid in the unit to wash your dishes but the only place to wash them was in the basin in the bathroom. I don't believe they are a 4 star motel, maybe 3.5

Review 32：The motel is tucked away in a quiet side street but only 15 minutes walk away from the town, restaurants and cruise terminals. Good size room, parking at the door, friendly people, clean facilities - what more could you want.

Review 40：Beautiful bathroom and the kingsize bed. The bed was extremely comfortable that I slept so well and wasn't woken by the severe storm that hit during the night.

Review 42：A few lights were missing(including one of the heat lamps in thebathroom). When this was pointed out to Richard at reception, thingswere fixed that day. Office not attended often(closed by 4 one day, notopen for check-out at 8:15 next morning (?quiet time of year?).
Review 43：The room was quite spacious for a motel, with a small outdoor patio/chairs.As the weather was quite rainy and cold, the size of theroom meant we didn't feel cooped up. In good weather, easy walkingdistance to foreshore walk and nearby falls.
Review 44：The property isn't being cleaned to a very high standard. The office shouldn't have carpet on the floor as it smells of dog, a better flooring would be timber or look like timber planks - easier to clean and no smells.

Review 50：I booked 4 rooms for an overnight stay and if we could have transported this motel to our other locations we would have been very happy. Lovely breakfast basket, very congenial host and beautifully presented rooms.
