Review 1：Overpriced. The building and the location make the five stars. The rest is just a three stars, normal room, normal breakfast. The bar was even closed during my stay.

Review 5：It is a beautiful hotel at an amazing place by the sea. The room was big enough for the three of us, clean and fully equipt. The beds are comfortable and use of the minibar and the nespressomachine is included in the price. Breakfast was great in the Kurzaal, more than enough choice. Worth every penny!

Review 6：The night receptionist told my grandson that the breakfast room closed at 10:00 instead of 11:00, causing him to arise eariler than necessary.

Review 26：It's definitely not a Steigenberger Hotel anymore. On the website they speak about comfort and tranquility - when we stayed for a relaxing weekend, we had dance music blasting in front of our window until 2.30am! When I called the duty manager she hang up on me. We spoke to the duty manager in the morning and the apology was that they have informed guest about the party - well not us because then we would have chosen another weekend to go there. We paid more than 300€ for a night, got rude service or no service (when we arrived by car there was nobody to help us with the luggage..). The room we stayed in (room 421) would also urgently need some renovation. Next time we will stay in another hotel - there are fortunately many nice ones with excellent service in Den Haag.

Review 99：We chose this hotel based on advertising on the web and after one dayupgraded to an ocean view, but with all the issues it was actually adowngrade......you "MUST" review your smoking policy in yourhotel and not allow smoking on the balconies. We chose to upgrade toabsorb the sea breeze only to have cigarette smoke from neighbouringbalconies enter our room. After analyzing the doors, room and layout ofthe balcony it is impossible for a guest to smoke on the balcony withthe doors closed...thus smoke enters your non smoking rooms, so are youreally as advertised "Non Smoking"

We were with a company of friends for a weekend, and it was one of the best breakaway weekends in my life. Hague is amazing, way better than Amsterdam, I'll get there once again. The hotel staff agreed it was terrible but they couldn't give us another room as the hotel was fully occupied. This spoiled our stay but we were offered no compensation. We will not return.
