Review 13：Room with three small dormer windows in the ceiling, which cannot be opened and non working air conditioner - it was like a sauna. There was about 35°C inside.
Review 14：Hotel is in the restricted traffic zone, and to enter the hotel parking you should drive just 10 meters behind the restrictive sign. Hotel staff says that it's ok but I don't know what will happen if the police sees the violation. Family room is under the roof with two roof windows, which you can open but only a bit. The room was with air condition, but the girl at the reception said she doesn't know how to switch it on.
Review 15：Hotel is located on the main square of Biala Podlaska. Good restaurant open until night. Early breakfast on request. We stayed in a family room, it's nice and cosy, but a bit small for four. Good new furniture, good mattrasses. Very good large bathroom. Good guarded private parking.

Restaurant was a total disaster - breakfast (served, not buffet) was extremely poor,- milk, which was served as coffee, was tasteless, I am not sure that there was coffee at all, fried eggs and sausage were tasteless, tomatoes and cucumbers were not fresh; at night we asked draft beer and it was without foam (can you imagine) and its taste was the same as that of beer in the soviet union (for those who know what it means, for other - you just can't drink it). 2. Overall impression was poor. The hotel doesn't deserve 3 stars (not even 2 stars IMO). There is no one or a few particular issues - each facet of hotel service has some defects.
