Review 1：The hostel is located in the lower level, so if your curtains were open, someone walking by outside could see in easily. This did not bother me but it might bother some people.
Review 2：The location is a bit of a walk to most of the local attractions. On the other hand, the cafeteria next door was an excellent, cheap place to eat throughout the day. I was in the private room. The kitchen facilities were very good, also laundry. The staff was always available and very helpful. English was sometimes a challenge, but with a little patience and "sign language", easily overcome. Highly recommended.

Review 5：Don't know if was problem with Hello's computer system of Booking.com, but our reservation was lost. But staff and manager solved it quick an despite room being gone, resolved the issue and got a good alternative with discount.
Review 6：Loved Hello Hostel. Staff was great an solved our one problem rather fast. Didn't mind that I used the facilities my last day in town, unpaid at the hostel with no room (late flight from town).
Review 7：The metro (Almaly station) is not too close but reachable with a 5-10 minutes walk. However a new second line is planned to be built that will go along Töle Bi road which is closer to the hostel. That will help a lot.

Review 10：Central location, clean and very spacious twin room, good beds and nice kitchen facility. Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist Aygerim (very good English). Her friends even brought as for free to the trainstation in the middle of the night as the taxi was very delayed.

In hostel room, Washroom, shower and other places very clean. My family was very happy. Important is price acceptble. I like it, guys good luck, and care on.
