Review 1：Apartments had several maintenance issues. Communication or information from staff is poor. They have no idea what is going on at the hotel and very little motivation to help you. Apartment is above an electronics shop. View is a parking lot.

Review 3：Amazing place that is very well kept. The rooms are well maintained and exceptionally clean. Everything here was wonderful! There is an arcade and fantastic pool and water slide area. The slide was closed for the season but the staff let us use the large pool area and it was wonderful! Highly recommend the trip here for a stay. We were redirected here after the tunnel to our original destination Flam was closed due to fire and a person at the information center in Voss suggested the Pers hotel. A superb recommendation for anyone-single, family, couple. Cannot say enough about how great this place is!

Review 4：Very noisy appartments, no WiFi , gol in summer is an absolute no go area, unless you like trailer-trash. Dirty dishes in the machine, had to wash them before we could eat.

Review 5：2 narrow beds separated from each other . In a room ordered for my wife and me. Some kind of fan running all night outside ours bedroom.

Review 9：The air conditioning did not work. It was so warm my kids did not sleep at all and as a consequence oss. I called the reception and told them that my son has a severe alergic reaction to mosquito bites and that given that our room was on the first floor we could not open the windows. As a reply I was told by the receptionist that and I quote " There is nothing I can do to help you, the airconditioning is on.... but when it so warm it does not work" The beds are old and uncomfortable and people who work at the hotel are not service minded at all.

Review 21：i was deeply disappointed to experience that my car that was parked in the chargedindoor hotel garage was subject to vandalism during the stay, i was not informed, and the personell refused even to look at the damages on my car. They also rejected any kind of compensation for the damages my car was subject to. Staff seemed underaged and uninterested in taking care of guests needs. Rooms dark and light not working.

Asked every breakfast a proof that we are guests from the hotel, by an unwelcoming lady. Access card issues (booked 3 nights, but after 1 night the card won't open the door) - receptionist error. Absolutely no info in the room about hotel, surroundings, restaurant.

Review 28：Swimming pool, refurbished rooms, familiar atmosphere. Nice bar, good grill bar. Close to skiing area. Placed in the center of a town.

Review 29：With only one dish on the children's dinner buffet, it was hardly a buffet, and the dinner buffet was pricey as the single in-house dining option on most of the days.
