Review 1：the tv in the room was not very clear.
Review 2：J'ai aimee le confort, le service en general, le personel very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is located on a busy road it is very safe. I will definitely recommend it to people coming to visit la louviere.

Review 7：Staff is only available by phone after 1300. This was a bit suprising after reading that reception is open till 2400. However, check-in was done online. No restaurant in the building so for lunch or dinner you have to go out.

Review 9：This hotel has no human help from evening 6 to morning 8 and on weekends. Everything seems automatic. During night if we face some illness or critical situation, we are in trouble. The airconditioner was not working for the first night and I got sick due to the cold climate. Next day they corrected it. But the Hot air will come once in a while only. May be they control it remotely to save power.. The wifi was so weak. For making skype video calls, I had to go downstairs. The room amenities was also bad. The blanket in the cupboard was smelling filthy. There was no soap or other amenities for first night. For second night, I saw some tiny soap and shampoo. There was no Tea/Coffee making machine in the room. I will never stay here again. I saw a best Western Orange in this town. I will try that next time
Review 10：The main advantage of this hotel is its location. Near to train station. Near to lot of restaurants.

Review 15：Fire alarm at 0100 when staff off site. Took 35 minutes to get staff onsite and alarm turned off. No fire - cause was a guest cooking bacon inhis apartment room which apparently was not the first occurrence.
