Review 1：Took forever to get hot water for a shower and even then the water never got hot enough for me. Breakfast ok but for me I would have loved some brown bread and cheese or an egg.

Review 2：Lovey grounds. Warm welcome with a half bottle of their own red wine. Nice room, we got the Jr Suite that sleeps 4 but way too small for two adults and 2 adult sized children. Would have been perfect for 2 people. Fantastic view from the porch.

Review 3：This is an amazing place to stay, the people there really make you feel like home. It's so relaxing. The perfect place for a nice restfull break. It's also quite close to saturnia which is an amazing place in itself.

Review 4：I had tried to contact the staff via email a few days before arrival and never heard back. Eventually got them on the phone, but it cost a lot for the long distance call and was hard speaking English/Italian - a reply to my email would have been better.

Review 18：It was said that there should be wi-fi in every room. At least in my room there wasn´t. In a public room there was sometimes internet connection in a random way. A big disadvantage for me.

Review 19：Price is very expensive considering that just next door exact same typeof residence is half the money.Locanda Terenzi advertise restaurant but during my vist was not available and we had to go somewhere else for food.
