Review 1：1.Wifi only available in lobby 2. Sink made loud gurgling noises when people upstairs used water. When informed staff, response was they would have someone look at it since it shouldn't be that loud--- but in actuality it shouldn't do that at all. 3. Ants in kitchen 4. Office only open 9-5 5. Housekeeping did not clean room first day and had to hunt down to get it done 6. Towel mat outside shower still never changed although you could see visible dirt markings from our feet.

Review 7：When we walked toward the facility from the parking lot, I said to my wife "dump." Opinion did not change once we were inside. Property is in very-poor condition. Photos are very misleading and show beach which is nonexistent. Location is several miles from center of Ochi. Three lights out of three were out in our room. Property appears to be for sale (for sale sign out front), and it appears that present owners have just let the property "go."

Review 11：Went to Jamaica for Rebel Salute, I decided to stay at this property before recommending it to people at work. I must say...very nice, clean and comfortable. Staff was great. This place is a Gem!!! Thank you all.
Review 12：I think this should not be called 'beach resort' but just a hotel. There is no real beach attached (just a tiny area that I wouldn't call beach).

Review 14：Hotel was conveniently located with a bar, restaurant, and small grocery store a short walk away. Staff was amazing! Chrisann's has a true Jamaican feel with island decor and beautiful landscaping.
Review 15：Most of the ground apartments were invaded by ants from the patios. My family and friends found ways to fight them off and discourage their return, but it would have been better to know beforehand that food shouldn't be left out, ever, in the rooms.
Review 16：Chrisann's Resort is beautiful. The rooms are uniquely decorated and very comfortable. The staff is courteous, professional and very helpful. Our booking owner, Lenora, was very approachable and available to hear any guest concerns/request. We traveled with 18 people and every single one wants to go back!
