Review 1：It was a bit cold in the room, but an extra heater provided by the hotel helped. Also, I wish that the single room (especially the bathroom) were more spacious.

Review 6：This hotel was able to assist with questions in English. The location was good, the room was a good size, just a tad tired, friendly staff, bathroom with amenities, wifi but weak, a generous breakfast in the local style and overall reasonably priced. Booking confirmation was quick and reply to query was quick. A rather wonderful feature was that as we arrived after midnight we had the option to stay the full 24 hrs if we wanted, rather than leave at 12-1pm. Views of mountains from front of building

Review 9：The hotel has flexible check-in and check-out times, which accommodates the uncivilised flight times to and from Almaty. You can ignore the check-in time specified on the booking.com site.

Review 12：The only negative aspect was that our room was very hot. All radiators were on throughout the day and the night so made the room airless and dry. However, after a couple of days we managed to turn off the radiators.

Review 14：Absolutely stunning view on the mountains from the hotel window. The hotel is located in the very centre of the city. The staff prepared a very early breakfast (at 3:30) for my leaving morning which was greatly appreciated.

Review 15：Lighting in the room was not sufficient for working with papers at the available good desk. Moved lamp from bed cupboard to the desk but unfortunately there was no socket available to connect. My neighbors behind the wall were not speaking with excessive loud but I could fully follow their conversation. Breakfast was poor and there was few items not suitable for morning meal such as fried chicken.

Review 16：The hotel in overall and rooms were fairly furnished and very clean. WiFi was great.

Review 17：Some details were lacking, such as: Towel rack: fell apart and came off the wall, but never repaired TV: I don't think it more than 3 channels, despite being a modern plasma TV Bathroom: some extra amenities (such as soap) and more than 2 towels would have been nice. Again - many minor details

Review 18：Bed + sheets - definite western standard issue. (This is a key issue at Soviet hotels, as traditional Soviet sheets are like sand paper and many mattresses still in use today date form the 1950s.) WiFi was also fine.

When i was checking out, the reception was asking me more money, and when i showed them my online booking, then they say, oh sorry, we thought you stayed one night longer..be careful guys with this kind of experience..always keep the online booking receipt..

Review 74：Toilet area very small and split into two parts - surely they can knock the wall down dividing the shower area and from the toilet. The height of the sink is perfect for a small child or a dwarf. The breakfast was shockingly bad - everything about it. Noise from traffic - traffic lights outside in both directions and everytime they turned green it sounded like the start of a grand prix. Sound proofing very poor due to the cheap doors leading to balcony not closing properly.

Review 75：I'm glad I booked a comfort suite as I would hate to see the normal rooms. Room was big, wifi connection was really good even with two devices connected at the same time. Comfy bed - although two single duvets on the double bed? Excellent view looking up at mountains. Late Check out at no extra cost was very pleasing.
