Review 5：The staff at the reception desk wasn't accommodating. The card key wasn't working - we always got locked out of the room and had to go back down to ask for assistance. Funny how the toiletry kit was lacking. I got more from a 2 star hotel.

Review 7：your total computation for the hotel room should be in exact amount! i booked 2 rooms for the hotel for one night and there was an additional cost to the room(vat etc.) that was not included in the computation and was in very small print! you are very unethical by trying to trick your costumers especially those who are always in a hurry and wasnt able to read those prints! this is very dissapointing and if my doctors will not proceed and continue to that room, i dont want and i dont expect it to be charged in my credit card accnt!!!! thank you!!-

Review 9：No place to make your own tea/coffee. Weak internet connection. The glasses in the bathroom should've been changed everyday.

Review 10：Access to a parking area, department store & several food shops without leaving the building. Staff are very accommodating. It's clean, didn't see any visible dirt or dust, bugs or flies. Plenty of space/shelves to stash your stuff. In room safe to place your valuables. A small 3-seater sofa & coffee table. Everything works and it feels safe. Good breakfast selection.

Review 12：The location got supermarket,foodcourt,restaurant shopping centre, money changer,internet cafe, cebu pacific sales office, laundry.

Review 13：I had Chackroches in my first room, asked for change, which takes several hours. Breakfast buffet very poor. To get fried eggs from the station, was near impossible, as the coocking lady was to busy to receive orders (with only 2 people) - every monring. Only 1 kind of bred, only 1 kind of fruit (water melons always), only 1 kind of marmelade, no ham, no bacon, no cheese, only some Korean breakfest delights.

Review 16：The location was great. Very central and walking distance to good restaurants and clubs. They even have an access to the mall at the ground floor. Staff are very helpful.

Review 17：Reception had no record of my booking! Air conditioning leaked water on my floor once operating for more than 1 hour. Complained twice: each time sending a maintenance man who looked, banged and wiped. Problem not fixed. Was longstanding and KNOWN problem: judging by water damage to ceiling, wall and floor. Breakfast range was extremely limited Place was full of "local" customers who were very noisy in the corridors at all hours of the day and night: yelling, laughing, screaming and banging their doors.

Review 56：The hotel location is quite good and convenient. It is near the Robinson shopping center. The place is also close to the most of the resorts. A taxi can help for going to these resorts in Cebu. In addition, the breakfast is also attractive. The room is clean and big. In short, it is a value for money choice.

Review 57：The pool could of been a lot colder, and the wood on the deck was chipped in places. Plus alcoholic drinks for the poolside were rather expensive. ie: long island ice tea etc.

Please provide new fluffy towels. - Intermittent Internet. Wifi was free but keeps dropping off. Didn't bother to complain as I have ample 3G on my mobile. I am sure staff will fix had I complained.

Review 60：- Two complimentary bottled water - Free wifi - Two double beds which could fit a family of four; - Large room with a sofa, desk, safe, enough room for luggage, strong hot water - Decent breakfast (nothing fancy) but there were salad and fruit stations - Awesome views of Osmena Circle. Be sure to ask for a room at a high floor with views - Floor was tiled so this eliminated carpet odor - Very clean with minimalist decor - I had problems with safe. Staff fixed it with plenty of smiles.
