Review 2：Amazing rooftop terrace to sit and look at the stars and a very friendly local cook shop/bar. Beverly and Michael are very friendly and helpful.
Review 3：Hosts Micheal and Beverly were really welcoming and kind and interesting to be with. good home cooking local style. Michael showed us wonderful places near by and picked us up from airport . The house was clean, spacious and well furnished...we felt part of the family right away. Great value for money, safe and homey.

Review 10：Bev and Lance were like long lost family. Bev puts everyone before herself to ensure that you have a good stay there. The couple go out of their way to ensure you have a real feel and experience of the beautiful area that they are blessed to live in. This is such a value for money guest house with hosts that money cannot buy :O)
Review 11：First of all, I want to say that I regret not leaving a tip for the staffs. Mrs. Beverly and Mr. Fabulous and their daughter were all very friendly and helpful. For example, they listened to my stories, gave suggestions on where to go. Mrs. Beverly even took me to the hair salon and waited on me. I opted to get the breakfast and it was amazing. Everyday Mrs. Beverly cooked something interesting and tasty. I felt like I was home, and I got the experience that I wanted. I'm glad I decided to stay at Tina's guest house instead of Riu with my friends. While Riu is fancier, I believed that I wouldn't have gotten a Jamaican experience and I would not get an affordable price. I am so thankful for the experience; without the staffs' hospitality. my experience would not have been the same.
Review 12：Located at the back of a large hotel, so large lorries and traffic can disturb your sleep. That is the only downside!

Review 15：Michael Fabulous (reggae artist) and his beautiful wife Beverly make you right at home in their lovely house. They shared meals, welcomed us to cook in the kitchen, helped us find local beaches and sites, shared music, TV and their family. Private bath, comfy room, rooftop views, front patio, games. Located near gorgeous beaches, easy to get around in cheap taxis. We hated to leave!
Review 16：Tina's is best suited for one familiar with the area, luckily I was. Most Americans would expect more amenities, it is not even close to a resort atmosphere. There is no hot water! I would have preferred more towels, a small toothpaste and little bathroom niceties.
Review 17：Hostess Beverly and host Lance have superstar personalities. Their hospitality is second to NONE! I opted for the option of breakfast & dinner for an extra reasonable charge. Ms. Bev is an extraordinary cook, all Jamaican food. She proudly extolled the body's benefits of each food which was 100% fresh. Location is a lovely Jamaican neighborhood. I immediately felt like part of the family. Lance is an accomplished reggae musician AKA Michael Fabulous. There is always music, I was partial to his and bought 2 CD's. He graciously signed them for me. Overall atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Front porch and roof sitting area provide an exquisite Carribean view. Safety of the house was excellent. Very comfy and cozy.

Review 19：Having visited Jamaica many many times since the early 1980's I have stayed in many places all over the island from Kingston -Negril- Mobay- Port Antonio-Mandeville & Ocho. Have stayed in all-inclusives , 5-Star Fancy places & a shanty down by the Sea among the many. And this place is now in my Top 3 of Favs ( Strawberry Fields Together & Firefly / Secrets -Negril the other 2 ) on the island ! If you want a clean-safe-inexpensive place to immerse yourself in the REAL Jamaica this IS the Place ! The Hosts are wonderful !! Location is good. They can offer tours & Ital Rasta cooking lessons & more !! I made a video that is on YouTube that goes into detail just look for them there ! One Love
Review 20：My stay at Beverly and Michael's place was perfect. I've never felt so much hospitality! Beverly makes the best tea, and Michael showed me all around the area. Clean and comfortable accommodations, good location, and great people. I left feeling like a part of their family!
