Review 1：I booked 2 30-sqaure-metre double rooms. But when we arrived, they arranged 2 double rooms with only 10 square meters each for us. I tried serval times talking to the staff and the manager, but they did not give me a proper explanation. I am very disappointed about it.
Review 2：The hotel packed our breakfast, which is good. The staff is polite, although they did not solve the problem.

Spacious, clean room with comfortable beds. Large bathroom with hot water. One of the best value places we stayed at during our trip in Sri Lanka - would recommend!

Review 11：We book a triple room but they give us a five people room,its big enough.The stuff is friendly,they will try their best to satisfy your require.Water in the bathroom is hot enough.And if u go to horton next day,they will prepare breakfast for u even u check out on 5am..
Review 12：Sheets on the bed were dirty and had clearly been slept in before. No mosquito net, so was bitten repeatedly. Funny smell from the bathroom. Lots of dogs barking late at night so quite loud between that and the prayer services also late at night.

Review 14：We only had a very short stay-one night then off at 5am for trip to Houghten plains. We were very kindly presented with pack breakfast at 5am which was great. We were allowed a late to return to the hotel to shower and collect cases after our trip. Compfy beds, Delux rooms great especially if you get a bargin price!
Review 15：Booked two rooms - a triple and a double for two couples. At the time of booking, the system showed that only one double room was available. Upon arrival we noted that the hotel was practically empty. We could have got another double instead of a triple. Management was confused - charged a higher rate for double room and lower rate for triple. We were us that we had booked two nights when in fact we had only booked one night. Very unresponsive management. Rooms were rather dingy and are designed to pack in as many guests as possible. Linen were rather dated and off colour and needed replacement - did not give a feeling of cleanliness.

Review 26：The room had recently been renovated and was well equipped. The bathroom was particularly good. Owner allowed us a late check out (1 hour) so that we could shower after the early morning Horton's Plain walk before leaving - this was much appreciated.
Review 27：Location is a little bit far from city centre, approximately 20 mins walking distance. And the quilt is kind of dirty, and we request changing a cleaner one.

Review 29：Raja has made our stay perfect. he has twisted him self backwards to fullfill all our needs and wishes and has more than satisfied us all ( 3 generations traveling from age 17 to 77 ) this guy is the man !!!
Review 30：Bed - I had feeling the bed was not dry enough and not really clean. Breakfast very simple - eggs ( without sausage or vegetables) and tea or coffee.

Review 32：hot shower is not hot at all-almost all hotels in sri lanka have this proble, eliya is very cold in rainy season. Very bad smell from toilet, have to close the bathroom door to sleep.

Review 37：It's not a hotel, it was just a small guest house that lacks most of basic necessities such as no resturent, no elevator, no complimentary water, no towels, no safe box, no mini bar, no clothes store. Also, the room was too small that barely fit two persons with their bags, the tv was not working , the bed was not comfortable and it smells!! Was very bad and I do not recommend it at all.
