Review 1：I felt the lighting in the room could of been better. The main light was by the door so little light got to the rest of the room. Even with all the lamps on at night it was hard to read a book in bed

Review 3：Very comfortable clean room with excellent facilities. The staff were very friendly helpful and efficient. As I am coeliac, I need Gluten free options and the breakfast staff ensured there was G-F bread and croissants for me each day. The attached restaurant although expensive also provided me with a delicious G-F meal

Review 4：The included breakfast is simple, and requires lots of patience because there is one table with drinks and one with other food for a 50+ audience. It would be easy to spread the three to four coffee/tea/milk cans over 2 or 3 smaller tables and prevent waiting.

Review 26：Although i had received a confirmation of my booking (junior suite), on the day itself i got a phonecall that the suite was not available. I got a downgrade to comfort room (room 304) which luckily was still available. So their reservation proces is very unreliable. Room and bathroom were just fine (outdated though but had every basic stuff you would expect). However cleaning could be a lot better, also if the sheets are old and have holes in them, please replace them. The quality of the wifi is very, very poor. For business users who need to rely on a connection to their office it's insufficient. Breakfast was ok, staff was present but a simple "goodmorning" or "have a nice day" were missing. When I wanted to check out (7:45) the lady told me I had to wait because the computer was not ready?!

Review 73：We booked a suite, expected a little more like a mini-bar for example. Room service was available though. Breakfast was organized in a weird way, in 3 shifts because it was busy? Never seen this before, stayed in at least 1500 hotels so far, this was new. Amount of rooms times beds should be amount of seats available we'd imagine, getting coffee was a pain, one machine for like 50/60 guests stood in a cue forever. First morning we had breakfast in our room, was very good.

Review 89：There was a big difference between the Comfort double room that we booked and the room we were offered (twin beds in a much smaller room than shown). Also, the gym has been dismantled. Hotel has to update their listings.
