Review 1：Furniture is old ,still CRT TV.. I asked 3 times for invoice on the email nobody reply!

Review 2：The staff was nice . Breakfast was good , good variety. Concierge and reception was ok.

Review 3：the only cardio equipment that worked was the row machine but they did have a good variety with weights. the beds were too soft for my back but still had a decent sleep. i was surprised that they didn't have a flat screen tv.

Review 4：i loved the view, it was clean, the facilities inside out was great. good location. food was delicious. easy to get around to where you need to go. the service was excellent, everyone was friendly, spoke english and was helpful with all my needs.

Review 5：Old property with old big boxes tv. I found a hair in the bathtub which stayed there for two days. When I advised the manager he gently apologised and sent me a basket of fruit but completely forgot to send someone in the room to clean it up!!!

And that while we were had in this Hotel for the 4th time 4 rooms for week !!! Thanks to him it was our last time in Rahat Palace.

Review 31：We enjoyed very much with our stay in this hotel. We planned to stay here just for three days but in the very first day decided to extend our stay for a week. Always helpful and polite personnel, good breakfast, pleasant cozy atmosphere in the entire hotel, nice garden around, good location. Beautiful pool and adequate gym. Our 3-years old daughter enjoyed small children playground in the outdoor restaurant Tau-Samal while we were testing local beer. Definitely we will come here again.

Review 32：Air con did not work Only outside restaurant at night or room service. Shower mixers did not mix hot with cold and Water pressure in shower up and down, hot and cold making it dangerous. Hot water was never hot at 0800 Could not cancel booking despite having to leave Kazakhstan early

Review 58：It's a hardly a 3 star hotel. Rooms are in very bad condition. TV was 20 years old. Even then not a single glass for drinking water. It's waste of money.

Review 59：The room decoration and furniture is old and has not been updated for some time. The internet was slow, even when I paid for the high speed service. The room service food was poor. For a 5 star hotel all of these issues are not satisfactory. I suspect that this is why Hyatt dropped this hotel from its chain.

Review 61：Very slow internet connection, you have to pay around 2000 KZT per day (around 15 USD) for fast (normal) internet. Not the best noise isolation - you can here the noise from the corridor. Slow staff, not very professional (e.g. it takes more than 30 min and 4 reminders to get the taxi to arrive), some minor issues with the payment and changes to the reservations.
