Review 1：the bathroom needs improvement. the soap dispensers are much to hard to press. no minibar. the breakfast room needs more privacy. the cleaning staff putting their rolling equipment close to the tables during breakfast time; .- stinking awfully from chemicals. obviously bad management.

Review 6：Other than person that checked us in, rest of staff were less than friendly. One of the beds had crumbs in them. The room was very hot. We woke up about 2 hours after we went to bed. It had to be at least 86 degrees Fahrenheit or 30 degrees celsius. Checked thermostats. They were set correctly to about 20 degrees celsius. Ended up having to open window to cool down room. This was not ideal since there was a snow plow machine cleaning the parking lot next door. Bottom line we did not sleep well before our long trip the next day.

Review 8：Hotel was fine, breakfast good and already available very early. The busses to/from the airport run frequently every 20 min, however are very expensive (NOK 70,- one way). Also the train to the city leaves from the airport, do you need the bus again if you want to go into the city

Review 9：the name of the hotel made me believe that the hotel might be directly at the airport, which is not the case. since taxis are expensive I could have booked a hotel directly at the airport spending the same amount at the end. next time I would either stay in a hotel directly at the airport or in the city center.

Review 16：There are no nearby facilities. The cost to get to and from the airport is steep at 70 NOK per trip. The cost to get to Oslo is also expensive requiring the airport shuttle and then 175 NOK to Oslo. In total it costs 490 NOK roundtrip.

Review 49：The staff during the breakfast was rude. They don't say good morning and not even reply when the customer says it to them. At exactly 9:25 the staff collects quickly everything from the buffe and cleans coffee machine so it is just stressful breakfast experience. As a customer you are asked to clean after yourself which wouldn't bother me if the table for the dirty plates and the rests of the food would be located somewhere else than just in front of the buffe (it was disgusting) and if I could see the staff busy with something else than looking at the watch and waiting until breakfast finishes.

Review 50：The hotel in general is nice. The rooms are warm and cosy. The beds are comfortable and wifi works really good. Also the staff at the reception desk is kind and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food (fish) and the waiter is very proffesional (man from Serbia).

Review 55：I was happy with everything. We arrived at 11:30 am. much before check-in time and within 15 minutes, we were offered a room. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and started very early (4 am perhaps)

The breakfast was below the level of the Radisson hotels which are walking distance to terminal so if the cost were within $40, I would chose the on airport lodging.

Several hotel visitors experienced trouble opening room door with key card. No fridge, cold drinks or snacks in room. Room rate in Norwegian kroner appeared higher than UK pound exchange rate.

Review 69：The staff member who welcomed us was unhelpful and rude. Gave us a room smaller than what we booked but we were expected to pay the same price. We only booked it half an hour prior. I didn't bother pursuing it because she explained she was new to the job and it was 2am and I wanted to go to bed. Be prepared to get a taxi if it is past midnight for about 300 nok. During the day, the airport shuttle bus is about 60 nok per person.

Review 92：Shuttle between the airport and the hotel was not free, and quite expensive at 70 NOK (7.50 Eur, 8.50 USD) per person - each way. I and my wife went to downtown Oslo where the additional ticket of the express train cost 180 NOK (19 Eur, 22 USD). Thus, a single roundtrip for both of us cost a total of 1000 NOK (106 Eur, 122 USD). I could just as well have booked a good hotel in downtown Oslo. There was little time saving in staying so "close to the airport", because the shuttle goes every 20 minutes and the transport time is about 8 minutes, while the express train from downtown Oslo makes the trip in 15-20 minutes.

He clearly saw me through the window from the room behind the reception desk and made eye contact without any gestics. He was chatting (joking) with a female colleague. His answers to my questions were given in a very arrogant manner. He wouldn,t even find out what's on the menu for this day. So we went for dinner to the Scandic Hotel next door. The (female) receptionist the next day couldn't even answer the question if the shuttle bus to the airport accepts cash. I think the staff should be educated that their job is to serve the paying customer and not vise versa!

Review 133：The first time visitor arriving at Gardermoen should be aware that a public bus service, one-way fare costing 30 NOK between the airport and the hotel is better value than the 70 NOK for a similar one-way journey on the Shuttle bus. This fact is not publicised.

Review 135：Our room had rather unpleasant smell. I even though it was a smoking room but I was told that it was a non-smoking room. We opened the window to air it out but then you had a lot of noise from outside. It needed a fresh coat of paint and nicer bedspreads.
