Review 1：Although the building from the outside doesn't look very modern, we have had probably the best room in this hotel.Great room - very beautiful - design. Very relaxing - Wonderful experience! - Nice view from the rooftop terrace.
Review 2：Thd hotel is very old with little amenities. The bathroom was exceptionally small. No iron or blow dryer, no sitting area in room.

Review 4：Room was very dated small and dark .. Bed was terrible .. Also had 2 calls one night while asleep asking me to keep noise down .. I was alone in the dark no music or tv on fast asleep .. I was furious as I could then hear noise from another room once I was awake !

Review 6：small rooms, no hair dryer in the room, no place to dry clothes if raining, and place where to put clothes to dry very dangerous to reach, old hotel, even though very great location too noisy, restaurant and place where to rent seats at the beach does not offer good price.

Review 8：The location is perfect, 100 m from the sea, right at the main piazza. There were some refurbishment works going on, but tha didn't cause any trouble to us. The staff at reception & restaurant was very friendly. Very nice breakfast. We got a free upgrade to the completely refurbished room with seaview on the 5th floor.

Review 16：That when we tried to contact the hotel my e-mail to obtain information about transportation from the airport that on one responded. We finally had to call and was give miss information. The train system only runs once a day. You must schedule shutter service via a private company.

Management blamed it on "Italy," even though Ispeak Italian and had visited other hotels on this trip in Italy.AIR CONDITIONING not sufficient. You would think in a warm climate like R. Jonica that they would upgrade the A/C system. NO ONSITE, PRIVATE PARKING.

Review 23：EVERYTHING! The hotel was so refreshing. From my room I had a view of a castle to my left and the beach to my right and fireworks in front of our balcony. LOCATION is so close to the beach and main little shopping strip. It is also close enough to venture off for a walk to the castle. STAFF were so fun, helpful and friendly! They even let me keep my bags there after check out and called me a cheaper ride saving me money. These people were great. SERVICES were all working as they should..(elevator, big flat screen, WiFi, air conditioned, hot showers with bathtub!). GREAT BREAKFAST with real fresh fruit and tons of others goodies.
