Review 1：The location is perfect, Venice just 50 minutes away by car, and the hills around the hotel are wonderfull. Supermarkets, restaurants are close to the hotel.

Review 13：We were disappointed that our room had no spa-bath, despite both the home page and the drop-down room description (as well as our confirmation email) saying <quote>: "rooms all come with a sofa and a spa bath in the bathroom" and "This nicely furnished room comes with a sofa, spa bath and a flat-screen TV"... Well ours had neither spa-bath OR sofa! When we showed them our confirmation email they told us that 'only one room has a spa-bath'. We mentioned that the website information needed changing but they came back to us and said the descriptions are correct - well they're not.We missed out on a table at the restaurant on the Saturday evening and asked if we could have room service. There is no room service available - it would be helpful if the hotel staff informed guests that it is necessary to book a table if you want to dine in; the town centre is a half-hour walk away.On a sunny day we went to the restaurant for lunch, eyeing the nice outdoor setting. We were led to an indoor table, and asked for an outdoor one, but were told "they are not prepared".This hotel is missing out on so much potential business by not using its outdoor dining area - in our opinion they have the best outdoor setting we could find in Vittorio Veneto; most other cafes with outdoor seating are close to traffic, this one has the river on both sides, and the closest road is about 50 metres away - but no... we're not allowed to use the outdoor tables.We also asked if we could print our boarding passes for upcoming flights - usually a simple request for a modern hotel to accommodate. So I emailed a copy to the hotel. Firstly the staff who helped me was unable to log into the hotel email, so I had to log into my own gmail, then we discovered that specific computer wasn't connected to the printer. Then I had to go with the staff to another computer, which she had to ring the manager for the login password.
