Review 1：The prices in the lobby bar are rather stiff, but there are affordable alternatives not far from the hotel.

Review 15：The staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. We accidently booked the wrong room and they let us switch it and get the better price! I loved the spa, steam room, pool, Turkish bath, and rain room. Rooms were nice and had an overall great stay.

Review 22：New Year advertisement in room said live band to plan in lobby from 6:00pm until 11:00pm on New Year's Eve, but they were wrapping up already by 9:00pm and the restaurant (Brasserie) soon also closed. Set afternoon tea (English tea) also not good -- food items were not fresh. Spa on New Year's Day was like a zoo with small children running everywhere and people had taken over the rooms for all day as their personal changing rooms.

Review 58：This hotel is luxurious and at the same time welcoming and cozy . The staff were polite, courteous and efficient at all times. All of our needs were well catered for and we have decided we will always use this hotel when we are in Almaty.
