Review 1：Having to pay for towels when we go out. The pool is also very steep from 3ft to 8ft instantly. There was no lifeguard present.

Review 5：Climbing the numberless stairs to the top was such an effort that I avoided it as much as possible and made a point of only going out once a day. Also I found the facilities sadly lacking for a resort of this price. Tiny concrete swimming pool. No gym. No common area. Not even games such as cards or chess sets etc. Finally I found to my shock on my arrival a wedding party with loud music happening on the very roof of the room I was staying in. This was followed the next day by endless fire crackers since it was New Year, many of them right next to the room where there is a squatters town and cockerels cruelly tied to posts on very short leads. Finally, I was really disappointed to find no good beach for walking along. Much better at White Beach, and better entertainment too.

Review 6：I stayed in the family room. Bigger than expected with kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms, generous veranda and good commanding views.

Review 7：A 5% surcharge for paying with a debit card was an unpleasant surprise at check in. No complimentary drinking water as supplied in other hotels bumped up the minibar bill. The views might be worth it but Be very fit for all those steps!

Review 10：Beautiful facility overlooking Sabang. Probably the best view from a hotel in the city. The room was spacious, clean, new and had a kitchenette. It was also quiet.

(there are a lot of stairs but that's why it's a great view and it justifies the big meal you have just eaten. ) The owner is a very friendly Aussie whose neice was also really helpful. We got a free upgrade to the penthouse which gave us probably the best view of the beach, of all hotels in Sabang. Thanks for that. Room is really big and very clean with kitchen, fridge, huge rain shower and the king size bed is hard to get out of, it is so comfy!What would turn a 4 star review to 5 (just for the owner's notice, as it is a new place-the lack of these things did not adversely affect our stay.) would be filling out the large room with maybe a small couch and coffee table, same for the large balcony. Lounge chairs would have been awesome. Making it clear on the website that they only accept Visa-not any other kind of card because it resulted in a 20 dollar fee from the ATM, slightly more toiletries (shampoo, conditioner). A sharp knife for cutting the delicious mangoes and scissors would be handy as well as room service menu for the room and a retractable washing line for the balcony.Thank you for a great stay, we travel throughout Asia a lot and we are really impressed with what you have here for a reasonable price.

Not what is expected from a resort unless it specifies "self-catering"! Stairs leading up to penthouse - not for the faint-hearted, weak or physically unfit. Disabled access is zero.

Review 26：The room was poorly cleaned from time to time, the housekeeper left her rags in our bathroom once. No toiletries, only tiny soap is free. The towels are new and they leave white residue on the skin, not a big deal, but can be annoying. Wi-fi signal is weak, but I think it is a common problem there.

Review 30：The wifi sucks, but its not their fault, it sucks everywhere in Sabang. I recommend buying 3G for around 300 pesos that lasts a week. The location provides some amazing view, given that you have to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to your room. Might be a bit tiring for older people.

Review 31：Good clean rooms, very large, Balcony to enjoy the view, helpful staff that speaks fluent English. The pool is excellent, the food is great too. Its just as good as any other fancy restaurant in Sabang. So after a few days of experimenting at different restaurants around we settled with room service for the rest of the days. The food is always fresh and tasty. I actually fell gravely sick (food poisoning from flight food), the staff helped me get medicine and provided me with food even in the middle of the night at 1 am. They personally went to get me medicine from the pharmacy at almost midnight. They were very courteous and understanding throughout the stay.
