Review 1：I was very happy with the restaurant - I came very late in the evening but the waiter was understanding even with my special requests with food. He was kind and the chef cooked excellent late dinner for me. Very good breakfast as well!

Review 2：You had to take a shuttle from the airport..each way costs 70 NOK! The bathroom and the room were very simple considering that you are paying 850 NOK per night!

Review 8：The access to the hotel from the airport: You can easily access the hotel from the airport with shuttle S33 which unfortunately runs only till 2350. Some flights arrive later meaning you have to take a cab. The drivers are not happy at all to drive you for such a short distance and you pay the price for it!

Review 9：It is one of the few nice hotels - if not the only one - in Gardemoen with a family room for 5. The room was big and every one of us had a good bed. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Review 10：Not bad-however I requested a late check out, and 3 times I had to answer the door to cleaning staff because they were not informed of my late check out. That was really annoying, I was resting because of travel fatigue.

Yummy and lots of options. A shuttle bus (around $10 per person per direction)is available to and from the airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

One month is come out but my money on card is not unlocked. This hotel is simply sickly. Insects lived in rooms. Review 24：We had a very bad experience in June 2016 when the hotel double booked and gave away our room despite it being booked many months in advance. Upon hearing of our shoddy treatment the booking manageress (Ingella) was disgusted but promised to look after us during our September visit with upgraded rooms etc. She was good to her word and our visit was superb.

Review 25：The first room that we were allocated, one of the shower screens fell off. One of the two keys also did not work. We were given another room, and the first set of keys did not work. No kettle nor tea making facilities. Even the TV had no English news channel.

Review 28：This is a very basic hotel, just perfect for people who are coming and going from the airport. The rooms are a bit Spartan, but the food is good and the staff is extremely charming and helpful.

Review 29：Strange attitude of staff/management. When checking in said that the restaurant was closed and there were just snacks (crisps, sandwiches) available. When I protested that there was no where else, they changed their mind and said I could eat. This happened to others also. Then when settling bill claimed that I could not put it on the room, but then changed their mind when I said they already had my credit card details. Window in room did not close or lock. No facilities nearby if you do not have a car and therefore stuck with whatever service they decide to provide for you.

They offered a buffet dinner although we had already eaten. It's much nicer than I thought it would be. A quite nice place for an airport hotel.

Review 42：We were placed in a larger suite that was reserved several months in advance. After checking in there was a strong odor coming from bathroom drain. So we moved to a regular room, very small and were never given any compensation just a short apology. I realize that this was out of the front desk's control but I would have expected them to at least be charged for the room I used not the one I reserved. I had to ask the next morning to have the charges changed, which was very minimal since I got a better deal online in advance.

Review 55：I wouldn't say a bad experience but just to let you know that when travelling with large suitcases (and there were 2) the room was a little small. Our toilet seat was loose (I did report it to the front desk) so experienced an uncomfortable pinch so had to be careful getting up. It would be extremely helpful to have a plug next to the big mirror on the opposite wall from the bathroom door so a lady could plug in a curling iron.

Review 56：The food was excellent most especially the breakfast selection although as a Canadian I did miss cream for my coffee. Supper meals were also good although I would suggest at least a 3rd choice as 1 of the 2 choices were a little too spicy for me so the second evening meant ordering the same burger again. Reception staff were very helpful with information and willing to chat (in English) a few minutes when they had time.

Review 57：The only room they could offer us was really crammed. It had a not so comfortable sofa bed for me and my husband and two very small twin beds for the children. We asked to be moved to a bigger room and offered to pay for 2 separate rooms, but we're told nothing was available. Also, the location was very close to the airport, but sadly, near absolutely nothing else.

This hotel is a pain without a car: there's nothing nearby and access is limited to taking the airport shuttle (70 NOK per trip). Most of the hotels near this airport suffer from the same problem. If you want to come and go during the day, this is a pretty bad deal.

There is a shuttle buss between the airport and the hotel, door to door for only 70 NOK (about 7 euros). I got a very nice spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel offered everything a traveller might need from toothbrush and toothpaste to shaving kit for men free of charge. The free wifi speed was good and the staff were nice.

Review 99：My wife and I visit family in Norway every year. We always stay at the Best Western by the airport the night before departure. Everyone spoke English and the hotel is top notch.

Review 100：Extortionate 70nok fee for a 1-way 5-minute shuttle trip to the airport. This is the only thing that would put us off staying again as this added to the overall price of staying by 280 nok. No glasses/cups in the room, although the bar gave me some when I asked. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, although I was told when asked, that there was access to a machine in the lobby 24hours a day and I think this was free. The juice at breakfast was watered down and some of the crockery wasn't properly cleaned.

The excuse is the airport fee but public tranzportation is not affected... so it was frustraging. Usualy its free of charge. We came around 4pm for check in but waited 20 minutes because our rooms were not cleaned up yet and the lady who helped us did not know what to do...
