Review 1：Position and pervading atmosphere of being in a "kitsch ghost town" with almost no one there, no staff, nothing around the hotel ( apart from a gas holder) and awful internal imitation frescoes. Like Disney on steroids.

Review 10：The hotel is so beautiful it was like a dream. The ocean room view overlooking the pool is gorgeous and the grounds are well maintained.. Incredible value for money !! We were treated like family by the young women at the reception desk. We stayed in mid-October in off season and the restaurant was still open...great food!! This is one of my favourite hotels in Sicily and Calabria. I would certainly recommend this hotel. Parco dei Principe... you live up to your name. Siamo quelli di Mammola.

Review 13：Hotel manager was the worst I have ever met he accused me of lieing about the noise in my room from the wedding receptions. We left early,as there was another reception on that night. This is not a five star hotel.

Review 15：Impressive building, large clean pool, restaurant serves good choice offood with lots of seafood/fish. Robes & slippers in room!Breakfast selection quite varied. Staff speak excellent English &drivers to the local beach were friendly. Shuttle to beach is quick,beach is excellent!

Review 16：There is no room service as stated. We knew the Hotel was out of town but it said it gad 24 hour room service. It had NO room service other than drinks. There was no lunch able to be had so you had to go into town or across the road at the truck stop. The bar was poorly staffed having to find staff for a drink. When we did find them, I asked for a cocktail from THEIR menu, they didn't have that or any other, the guy said we don't have much of them - yet it is on the menu. Basically we were early disappointed. Normally when you go to a Hotel flying international flags you'd think they'd cater for the international - they didn't. However, would be a great place for special events, as there were 2 weddings whilst we were there and they looked pretty impressive.

Review 31：Large hotel popular for weddings, one going on while we were there. Aside from the wedding guests who cleared out once it was over, there were only a few other guests at the hotel. We were the only ones in the overpriced dining room. Seek out restaurants in town.

Review 35：Management definitly NOT focused on the client but on efficiency and profit (which probably comes from the weddings not individual tourists. With about 7-9 rooms used during my stay most of clients were put next to each other so they could HEAR how busy the hotel is. The NOISY airconditioning could only be regulated by the staff. Breakfest still not ready 7.15 when most of guests appeared... The view from the back rooms over the trash bins conrast with the sea view!

Whatever you wanted the provided for you, from late night pizza runs to the free shuttle service into town, outside their shuttle hours to the early morning breakfast bags for on the go. The facilities within the hotel are amazing, the pools, the amazing views and with the beach only 150m from your doorstep, the paintings on the walls just takes you back in time. Definitely recommend you stay here if you are wanting to stay in Reggio Ionica

Review 49：In a relatively poor part of Calabria the hotel was an unexpected luxury. Not much action, we may have been the only guests even on a Saturday. But it was so lovely staying in a superior hotel at a ridiculously cheap rate. Breakfast was very good and we had dinner in a nearby town which was terrific. Highly recommended unless you are looking for lots of action.

Review 51：I would have liked pool service and also a snack/salad option at lunch. The formal restaurant is only open for an hour at lunchtime and is really fine dining which, whilst the food was delicious, we didn't want fresh from the beach or pool!

Review 52：The reception staff are incredibly helpful - the pool is great, clean, quiet and with sea views. Our room was air-conditioned with a sea view and very clean with comfortable beds. It is situated near some beautiful beaches with crystal clear and warm sea and there are some great local restaurants a taxi ride away. Would definately go back again.

Review 53：Seemed to be very understaffed at dinner & breakfast. Tables couldn’t get cleared after people had finished. Location was very windy with it howling & quite noisy in the room. Because of wind didn’t bother going to the beach, it was bad enough at the pool. Wifi didn’t work in room like it said it would. Only one restaurant open for dinner. Nothing open for lunch or snacks despite there being several advertised.

Review 54：Great as a stop over up the coast. Quite opulent with furnishings etc. Fabulous entry & plenty of free parking. This place has the potential to really be something. Apparently it is popular for weddings etc. I was upgraded to an ocean view room which was nice. Ladies on reception were helpful & kind.

Review 55：If you nepřiplatíte the sea , you will have views of the mountains,but unfortunately a large number of open bins . With a great smell .As a result lost significance balcony and there was no ventilationin the room.

Review 57：Almost everything was disappointing. Hotel is totally set up for weddings not for vacationers. Everything seems to be on hold awaiting the next wedding. Fountains are empty, public spaces are preset for weddings. Tthe decor is faux glamourous... Very disappointing The service was mediocre. Not helpful or accommodating. Bar had liquor but unlike room info said, couldn't make cocktails. Bar was already set got breakfast so no where to sit and relax. Hotel rooms on back side look out on huge very loud generators. Pool was nice but no shade and minimal seating and very very windy. Private beach costs 12 euros for each umbrella and two chairs and the hotel rented towels for 3 euro

Review 62：Well, I had a special deal from booking.com and for that reason theygave us a room very near to the hall that they give parties for weddingsetc.When I asked the reception for another room, they said they couldgive us only one that has problem with the air condition and it s verycold. The second night they said the party will be finished at about1.00 and it was actually over at 2.30 after midnight. At the check out Ive mentioned this and they answered that with this deal this was theroom that I deserved !!!!!!!!!!!!

We had a long day andwe were exhausted and were looking forward to a relaxing night. Parkingwas also an issue giving that wedding party was huge as many as 400guests. Otherwise all else was good.
