Review 1：Great views of the water. Staff was as friendly as any we've encountered. They seemed genuinely thrilled to have us. Couldn't have been better in any way.

Review 3：beautiful view. rooms were okay - we had a room facing the 'garden.' the bathroom was a little bit older as well. nonetheless, the welcome drinks and snacks when we checked it were a nice personal touch. also they gave us a free ride back to the train station and helped us research the cinque terre hiking paths. views from the breakfast and pool were very serene.

Review 7：We absolutely loved this place. The owners were warm and sincere and did everything to make our stay romantic and comfortable. My fiancé had just bought a suit and needed to find a tailor to hem the pants at the last minute and they took care of everything overnight. The property is gorgeous and the attention to detail was on point with everything from the afternoon rounds of lemon water, cheery spirit of the staff, varied breakfast, and fluffy robes. We were celebrating our five year anniversary and they even left us a card and a bottle of Prosecco. We will definitely be coming back!

Review 8：Wifi. Was very complex to hookup (different passwords for each device), had to continuously re-login therefore had to keep track of which password went with which device, etc.

Review 11：A truly fantastic stay in this lovely family run hotel. Location is great on beach and in the lovely centre of sestri levante with numerous shops and restaurants just a stroll away. The staff are brilliant and breakfast superb. On the expensive side but you get what you pay for in this case.

Review 12：Would have appreciated to receive information about the rate for the car park: it was a very comfortable solution, the car was taken care of right from our arrival, as was the luggage, but we didn't receive information about the rate (€ 20 for one day).

Review 13：Great location, beautiful swimming pool and deck chair area, courtesy of the staff, welcome drink, services available, staff helpful and friendly: after due check-out from our room (11am), we were welcome to remain in the premises and enjoy swimming pool, beach and car park for most of the day.

Review 22：Roberto, the manager, and all of his staff. The road is a little narrow leading to the hotel and the staff actually drove us to the door, provided wine and snacks to ease our nerves after a frazzled day and really hitting a wall. We couldn't ask for better hospitality.

Review 24：We stayed one night and were very pleased. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and you couldn't beat the view from the rooftop deck and pool. The hotel was close to all of the restaurants and shops, but slightly set back from the hubbub of town. Lovely, relaxing stay - would stay here again.

Review 28：Loved the staff who were extremely welcoming as soon as we stepped out of our car, very helpful and relaxed without being invasive. Breakfast was a great selection of savoury and sweet; breakfast staff SO lovely, in particular a gentleman named Bruno who was very patient with our sometimes rowdy 2 year old. Location is the best in Sestri Levante; right on the beach with a small lido and cafe serving light dishes, good restaurants in walking distance (it is tiny anyway...); wonderful seamstress with a little shop around the corner; right in town without being right in town.

They were very helpful parking our car in the garage (which they charged for, but that was ok). The view was stunning. We had a garden view room, but as a bonus from the balcony we could actually see the sea and the pool area. And Sestri Levante itself was a really nice town.

Review 69：the picture for "double room with garden view" can be misleading, it shows a balcony; however the room i got had a normal window--there were a few balconies overlooking the small garden at one side of the hotel. Anyway one does not really need a balcony because the common areas have a panoramic view and are very close to the rooms.

Review 70：Everything was excellent! The location is perfect, the hotel and solarium are one of the baia del silenzio highlights (often photographed by tourists). The bay is SO quiet, it's amazing, such a relaxing atmosphere. The sea is very calm and not deep, for many hundred meters from the sandy beach. Hotel pool is impressive and the lounge area is the perfect place to relax (under olive trees..), with a stunning view over the bay. Great view also from the hotel rooftops and from the breakfast/bar terrace. Many thanks to the lady serving us breakfast every morning, it was great to chat in French. The owners and reception staff were extremely nice, they welcomed me at the door (I was trying to take pics of the hotel before realizing it was mine..) and also offered to drive me to the station with the hotel car. They provide a lot of information about e.g., how to get to 5terre or what to see in Sestri, they seem very attentive to each guest's wishes and really make you feel like home.

Review 71：A delightful family run hotel. Perfect location in the Bay of Silence. Easy access to Cinque Terre but would go again in a heartbeat just to soak up the beauty and friendliness of Sestri Levante. Would highly recommend this little treasure, would treat ourselves to a room with a view next time as that was to die for when sitting at breakfast or lazing in the lovely warm pool. Didn't want to leave!!!!
