Review 3：My stay at Canari de Byblos was very awesome and everything was astonishing. Wassim the manager was so helpful and willing to answer any question also the staff were very friendly and well dressed with classy costumes, breakfast so delicious and especially the fresh fried eggs and the fresh coffee, my room was spacious, clean with a nice view from the balcony overseeing the old city Byblos, and let's not forget the location next to restaurants,pharmacies, groceris, shopping places, hairdresser... and just a 5 min walk to the heart of the old city and the nightlife. I would highly recommend Canari de Byblos and I will sure plan to come back for a longer stay with my friends and family.

Review 4：we need a bottle of water at 11 pm but it wasn't available!!!! The breakfast is very poor. it doesnt worth 100$. They took taxes but they didnt give us a receipt.

Review 6：This is the second time for me to stay in Canari de Byblos hotel. The staff are very cooperative and friendly: Meilad the receptionist, the restaurant staff, the room service manager and staff and Mr. Wassim the hotel manager. Our rooms were upgraded from deluxe rooms to suites which was an amazing gesture from the hotel. Canari de Byblos upgraded their amenities compared to last year (which were already good :) ). The rooms have free wifi internet with good speed. The cleaning service is great. We also tried the Hotel Taxi when we were leaving to the airport and it is reasonably priced and with lots of room for your luggage, so if you are going there directly from the airport, I highly recommend using their taxi. The hotel is well located in a walking distance from the old souk, the castle and the shops. I highly recommend Canari de Byblos and I will definitely go there again if I get the chance to.

Review 34：1. It is a little difficult to negotiate the way down to the old town on foot, especially having to cross some lethal motorways to get there. Drivers in Lebanon are almost as bad as those in Cairo or Mexico City so a lot of care is required in traversing the streets - even small ones. 2. Breakfast selection was a little meagre but a freshly cooked omelette was offered. Coffee could be better. 3. Lots of hanging space but no drawers for folded items

Good wifi signal but it was inclined to cut out after a relative short period of inactivity 4 The owner Najwa was absolutely charming and would be right at home as the chatelaine of any grande luxe hotel in the world.

Review 37：The staff are very kind, friendly and helpful. They are always happy and ready to serve. Thanks to Wassim Safi, Cynthia Rizk, Maria & Mohammad (Mimi). The hotel is extremely clean. We were on a honeymoon vacation. The hotel prepared our room with special decorations rich with flowers. Everyone seemed to be happy with us. Everyday at breakfast the staff were asking us for any special dish we like and they served us with free extra desserts.

Review 40：Very lovely staff who were always willing to help. Our executive suite featured a jacuzzi, which we did not know about before arriving! That was a fantastic surprise! We also received complimentary wine and fresh fruit upon our arrival. All in all, it was a very nice hotel and I would be happy to stay there again.

Review 43：Very friendly and lovely welcome. They do everything to make the client satisfied. They pay attention to the request we put on booking.com. It was our Wedding Ann. We were upgraded to a sweet with jakusy and fantastic decoration and treatment for the occasion. They offered us wine, flowers, cake, plate of fruits. It was an amazing stay really! Thanks to Maria, Jocelyne and Cynthia who did a very good follow up on everything.

Review 45：Beautiful room with great view. Staff was lovely and because we had a late flight they kindly let us stay for 4 hours after check out. Initially thought a bit far from the old town but after we walked it once we realized not that far and worth it for having the lovely view.
