Review 1：We could hardly communicate with the italian-speaking owners. Even though there is a view to the sea, the beach is extremely close to a shipyard, thus the surroundings are quite industrial and the sea clearly polluted.

Review 2：Clean room, owners willing to help although they only speak italian. The room had beautiful view to the sea.

Review 3：The mattress was quite hard, breakfast very simple ( no fruits , eggs), dinner menu just for 1 person was very bad.

Review 5：Cant adjust temperature in room. Was way too hot for my likings. Top floor with veranda had too little space where you can stand up straight. Be aware that you may hit your head in the ceiling in case you get top floor.

Review 11：Charge for sun loungers on the beach. Huge, noisy ship yard next to the hotel. Dull town close by which is not Sestri Levante as we expected. Sestri is a 15 minute cab ride away. Tired, old hotel decor, in need of total redecoration, definitely not Retro. Average age of guests was 75 years - mainly all friends of the owners. Poor quality and lack of selection for breakfast.

Review 13：Location excellent overlooking the beach. Evening meal was very good. But beware if you order a Pinot Grigio although only 12 euros it's 14%. Blow your sock off!
