Review 1：Other guests inconsiderate when drinking late in hotel pool area and been drinking all day since 2pm-12pm. Need to ensure pool area and lights are completely closed and turned off by hotel staff. Need scourers in kitchen to scrub pots, only costs $0.30 per room that way guests wash up properly and don't leave dirty cutlery, pots and cups.

Review 2：Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Easy parking. Good air-con. Staff helpful. If staff give out equipment and don't charge guests other guests miss-out on using the facility. I suggest the hotel manager charges the staff member to stop that from happening, different story when it's your money! Thanks!

Review 7：No aircon or even a fan in the rooms. Very hot and uncomfortable. The iron didn't work, the ironing board cover was broken. The fridge leaked everywhere. The extraction fan in the bathroom didn't work. The aircon couldn't cope with the heat and leaked water onto the tv.the stove was so badly corroded I didn't dare use it. Not worth the $195 a night.

Review 11：There was no one at the reception desk upon arrival. The poor girl was on her own looking after the restaurant and checking in guests from the bar. I called reception to request refill of hand soap, housekeeping had left for the day so was supposed to be refilled the following day but wasn't.

Review 14：A number of other guests had children flaunting the pool rules. My own children didn't want to utilise pool when these disruptive children were using the pool (which was pretty well all day.) Understand you cant have staff watching a pool all day, but occasional spot checks would be an idea. We also had organised an early check in around 9.00 am and had received confirmation that this was ok. On arrival the staff had no knowledge of this and were annoyed about it. Having said that the staff did quickly organise and have a room ready for us

Review 18：Bed was hard as concrete and pillows were so uncomfortable that we ended up going out & purchasing our own. Shower hot water only lasted 3 minutes until we found out on the 2nd day that you need to run the hot tap at the same time to keep the hot water consistent. By this time I had endured too very cold showers :( Wouldn't recommend hotel to friends and definitely won't be staying again.

Review 48：We had a formal function to attend the next day, whilst they provided us with an iron and ironing board on request there were absolutely no hooks or coat hangers in the room to hang any thing. I bought a coat hanger in my suitcase but there was nowhere to hang my dress. Saturday night there was some very noisy guests a couple of rooms up who proceeded to yell and scream until the early hours and keep everyone else awake. Didn't seem to be any security to deal with this. Eventually I think they must have been so drunk they went to sleep.

Our phone didn't work which didn't really matter but some friends stayed in another room for one night and their t.v didn't work and they said they'd fix it in the morning which was no point as they had to check out by 10am.

Rooms were nice and quiet no noise from neighbors. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommend. Will visit again for sure. :)

Pool was excellent room was average kitchen was the pitts and for a 2bedroom apartment it was ok. Honestly wish I had done something ulse but oh well live and learn.

No soap in the refillable soap holder and water that flooded the whole bathroom floor so that every time you wanted to use the toilet or the basin you have to walk through a large puddle. Review 94：Front desk lady not helpful at check in on Saturday. She was very curt when asked for an extension by a couple of hours - you have to pay for it was the answer. ( and they weren't even busy!) This compared to the courteous response at another Mandurah Hotel we stayed at several months ago when they happily gave us a noon checkout rather than the 10 am time. ( Sunday morning) . So we won't return here.

Review 103：the only thing that was a little annoying is the door into bedroom 2 would close on its own all the time.

Dined in the restaurant (which was another surprise as it does not mention having one on the website)Good to be able to park right next to unit as we were travelling with an elderly person. Review 106：Our apartment was ground floor. Nice pool and grounds. We could park out the front of our apartment.

The decor is a little dated, needs freshening up, this would particularly help with getting rid of the stale cigarette smoke that is still present in the room.

Review 109：The one thing I can say I didn't like was the constant smell of gas, there were 3 gas units directly outside our room and walking past it was really bad, also if housekeeping came to clean and door was left open the unit was filled with gas smell. I reported it to staff but it never improved. I've been considering contacting a gas professional but I was hoping this would be resolved internally.

Review 116：Only given one key for 4 adults in a two bedroom apartment. When I requested an extra set I was told "There isn't much to do in Mandurah tonight anyway". Air conditioner didn't work so we were moved to another room where the air conditioner also didn't work. When i informed them they told me "It's not that hot tonight". I found this offensive and dismissive.

Review 128：Portacot hadn't been set up and was actually broken - upon requesting one when booking via this site there was no indication of a $15 fee. Bedrooms (in particular the smaller bedroom) smelt musty & side tables were dusty plus cigarette smell in the lounge room. Phone at a bad level for a family room with young kids. No information was left in the room we had to request it.
