Review 1：Room was too hot for American couple and staff could not lower it.
Review 2：Next to beach and coastal road. Very good value for off season. Nice breakfast. Nice ocean view.
Review 3：The cleanliness and size of the room and bathroom plus the fact that french doors opened onto a small balcony but shut out any noise from the promenade at night when one wished to sleep. Proprietors quiet but approachable and helpful.

Review 12：Perfectly located , 5 minutes walk from the railwaystation and right on the seaside-boulevard . A very clean place with friendly staff . Large elevator , perfect wifi . Good breakfast . Really a "great" small hotel , worth it's price !

Review 14：There was no cheese except plastic wrapped slices at breakfast although we were asked if we wanted eggs which we declined. But I am sure we would have been given cheese if we asked. This is only a minor comment since everything else was perfect
Review 15：Our room was one of the nicest on our trip to southern Italy. It was big, upgraded, comfortable and had a bathtub as well as shower. There was a small balcony looking out onto the park in front of the beach. There was a nice closet with room to store clothes. There was a desk with high speed, free wifi and a mini-fridge under it. A nice sofa is in the room making it comfortable to read and look out the window to the sea. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The breakfast good with homemade sweets and yogurt. The location is great, right across from the beach and an easy 5 minute walk to the train station. I will definitely stay again at this hotel and highly recommend it.
