Review 1：The apartment was nice and spacious. We very quickly felt we were at a home away from home. The staff were all very helpful and made our stay easy and enjoyable

Review 8：The hill to walk back and forth from the hotel is very steep. The bar on the property opened too late and the bar by the pool was not being used.

Review 9：Our greeter Roger was great l. He helped us find local taxi, food, and parties. We had a local jamaica cell phone with credit for is to use for the trip which was a grest bonus. The location was perfect.

Review 10：The walk up the hill to our condo was tough going. Not recommended for people who need easy access. We mangaged to push our stroller up but it was tiring! Not having a provision store on site was disappointing.

Review 11：We had great view from our verranda, we could sit and watch the ocean and the cruise ships in the dock. A peaceful place to retreat to.

Review 12：Loved the location, close to town. Nice big swimming pool with swim up bar. Food is fantastic. We was given a Jamaican mobile during our stay which really helped alot communicating with our group. Staff was first class, especially Roger, helped us with all our needs no matter the time.

Review 13：Brian and Roger are the best Manager and coordinator you could expect in a resort. They will help you in everything you need (shuttle, tours...). The best of this place is them.

Ocho Rios is the best The caring wonderful hospitality from the staff location great everything is really in walking distance beach entertainment turtle river park down the hill across the street shops grocery stores variety of things.The restaurant staff wonderful Chefs excellent veggie omlets Sonia the best I can't name all the staff everyone was great.Margaritaville Saturday great! the people great I had no complaints and that is rare for me as I worked in hotel management for 25 years so it is very hard for me to stay any place outside of my own home. I really felt safe the security was wondeful very mindful very helpful. Brian and Rosie was the best whatever my sister first trip to jamaica I wanted her to be very happy and It was honored we were gladly accomodated by the staff. when I wanted to walk and watch the sun come up security made sure I was safe Room 87 hands down is the best room loved the view my sister and I will be back to in July. Review 15：The beaches we went to were small and not very interesting but we weren't there for a beach holiday.There are other beaches that we didn't go to, though.

Review 16：Very welcoming staff.Property is beautiful and easy access to the town. Lots of great activities to do in the vicinity - it is a great base from which to explore.Restaurant is excellent and welcoming too.Brian and Roger were always available as they gave us local cell phones with their numbers programmed in!

Review 19：WiFi signal very poor, efforts were made to correct. No oven, could have made Pizza for kids. Only 1 cable box for t.v. This was eventually corrected. Only one shower and lack of privacy in the way loft bathroom was setup.

Review 21：The room was of poor quality, not maintained, furniture from 1902. The bathroom had no light and the toilet couldn't flush and when it did was very sluggish. We booked for 10 days but left after the first night...would never go back nor recommend to anyone!

Review 50：The restaurant's menu was boring and not reflective of the fine cuisine that can be found throughout Jamaica. I have traveled extensively around the country. I ate there when I was too tired to walk in town to eat dinner or had breakfast before heading out around town. I believe that if more effort was put into the international cuisine, with also a focus on jamaican food, then I would have for sure ate breakfast every morning and dinner most nights. It is a shame because it was always open when I wanted food but the menu was disappointing. The prices were very reasonable though.

Review 51：Brian was very customer service orientated. All staff were friendly and accommodating. The security responded promptly to a concern I had and I was more than satisfied with the resolution.

Review 54：The location was fantastic! The proximity to must see attractions in Ocho Rios like: Dunn's River Falls and Dolphin Cove, was very convenient. The staff was AMAZING as well! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, especially Brian. We arrived a little early and our room was not ready yet. Instead of making us wait, he upgraded our room! It was spacious and fabulous! He was very attentive. He was always available when needed ( I don't think he takes a day off lol). He helped us to set up excursions and he would always check on us to see how our excursions went afterwards. We hated to leave. Once checked in to our second hotel in Montego Bay, we realized that we forgot a camera. Before we could even call Condos at the Ridge to let them know, Brian called us at our new hotel to inform us that he would be sending the camera to us! Thank you for everything. We will be back!

Review 55：Maid service every third day, though this was reasonable in view of thecost. You can get food on site you can get better food in town, 5minutes away.

Review 56：Amazing value for money in this Jamaican high spot, close to the townand fabulous views over the harbours. Wonderful pool, comfortable roomswith balcony and pool view. Quiet location with undisturbed nights. Wewalked into town for food some days. Local jerk centre 2 minutes away isgood for Jamaican food.

Review 57：What we didn't know was that 'condos at the ridge' seemed to be a cheaper way of booking accommodation at 'Mystic Ridge' resort. When we arrived in ocho rios none of the taxi drivers had ever heard of condos at the ridge! They took us to mystic ridge as it was the only 'ridge' they knew. All the staff other than Brian were fairly miserable and unhelpful. To the point where they ignored us when we approached the desk and showed us to our room without a single word. Our room was only serviced every other day, not great when there is nowhere to hang towels to dry. Our room was covered in ants, including in the bed - thankfully we moved rooms the next day. Overall the place was good for what we needed, however it felt a little like we were outsiders in mystic ridge, and no one wanted to bother with us because we had the wrong colour wrist band!!

Review 58：Location was good as we were able to walk into town and dunns river falls etc. pool was nice, however swim up bar was closed. Restaurant served very good food at reasonable prices. Brian (who seems to be the rep) was great, very friendly and informative.

Review 59：Directions were flawed because Condos are not allowed to mention Mystic Ridge which is where they are locate. This made finding them very difficult. We were not impressed by the food on site.

Review 60：Layout of complex and pool were pleasing. Access to places of interest easy. We liked Cobaya gardens, Firefly and Brimmer Hall and fell in love with Cardiif Hall beach, Runaway Bay for swim and food.

Review 62：We travel a lot, near and far, and Condos at the Ridge by far is the best place we ever stayed! The value is unbeatable! The location is easy to find – at the Mystic Ridge right up the hill before getting into the main street of Ocho Rios. We easily walked to the beach and local restaurants and shopping. The room was very comfortable, we made ourselves right at home. Room included air conditioning and an ice cold refrigerator. Bathroom was functional and really clean. Our room had a patio w/ seating/table with pool view. The pool is one of my favorites. Very large with lots of room to swim and play! Behind the condo complex is the Turtle River Gardens and Waterfalls, so the view from the condo is lush and beautiful. I recommend a day at the Turtle waterfalls. It’s quiet and you can roam the grounds, visit the birds and walk up the waterfalls w/o the Dunn’s River crowds!! On site at the condo is June Plum restaurant. We enjoyed very good full breakfasts and very good low priced dinner’s. The wine is also comparable in price to the local grocery store. They also have a beautiful bar and lounge seating area which overlooks the pool. All in all a wonderful stay! I don’t say this often, but I will be back; next time with the whole family!!! Big thanks to Brian – the condo manager - for making our stay awesome!!!!! Finally, also Ocho Rios was wonderful. Check out the Blue Hole (if you can find it ) , Regge Beach, Turtle River Gardens and Waterfall and the Ocho Rios beach too was very clean.

Review 63：We had a great vacation here. Brian & co are very friendly, they helped us out a lot. Pool is nice, food at the restaurant is good, nice view and nearby the Falls & Enchanting Gardens. Best place we stayed at in all of Jamaica.

Great pool. Spacious room and bathroom. Even got beach towels. Easy walk into town and great location for local attractions. Quite quiet whilst we were there - no loud music at night (although wildlife makes up for that!) It is up a hill which was no problem for us and taxis will drop off and pick up from reception at top of hill. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!!

Review 70：The only complaint I do have (And it really isn't that serious because we did without) was that the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, barely functioning actually. I only mentioned this because they advertise free wi-fi, so I would think they would ensure it's working properly. But again this was no big deal, it did not impact our stay at all.

Review 71：I would DEFINITELY recommend this place to ANYONE! I actually plan on going back! It was such a nice resort. The scenery and landscaping on the property was beautiful! It was such a peaceful place, nice and quiet, perfect for relaxation. We only stayed a couple of days, so we didn't need anything fancy. Clean and comfortable were our only requirements, and they more than met our standards. The room was a lovely quaint room, and exquisitely clean. They have a beautiful pool, and a lovely restaurant on-site. We rented from Brian, and he was very professional and kind. He ensured our stay was comfortable. The location is perfect, you don't need a car, the town is walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.
