Review 1：this is by far the worst hotel that i've been in my life: they cut intentionally the water at 22:00 so only my wife was able to have a shower, not me, and it wasn't a water cut, they cut it, in deed the admit that. the place is isolated, i mean no bars , no stores, nothing, you didn't even can have your dinner there because they close at 5 pm and you can´t eat. For everything you want to do you have to take a boat, and if it's after 6 pm you have to pay 10 dollars for go, and another 10 dollars for come back. the resto of the day you have to spend 5 dollars for go the the main island, and other 5 dollars for go back. Believe me it´s not a good experience be in the sea in a handmade boat in the middle of the night without light and without life jacket. This is my advise for you, i did the check out one day before and i changed the of hotel, don't go there, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE, YOU CAN FIND CHEAPER AND OF COURSE BETTER IN THE MAIN ISLAND. I felt cheated, i don't want anyone have to experience the same that me. I hope it be helpful
Review 2：The welcome I received was exceptional, the staff offered great hospitality. I am really happy to have had my food cooked by an excellent chef, Marvin :) He went out of his ways, cooked locally caught tuna just for me, and was also my guide on a trip to Puerto Galera. The rest of the staff were great too :) The place is fantastic for those who enjoy snorkelling or just anybody looking for a remote tranquil spot.
Review 3：The first thing that turned me off was the front desk person when we arrived. She was very sarcastic. We were not able to use the Wifi connection in our entire stay. The TV wasn't working too. And the food was very expensive!
Review 4：We liked the room; it's very nice and comfy. We also liked the place in general, it was very pleasing to the eyes. We liked the design of the restaurant- very relaxing. And the location was great too. Ms. Cecil, the manager of the property, was very accommodating and approachable.
Review 5：We were not informed that there will be no water next day after we checked in. The beach in front of hotel became a parking place for boats, so it is not convenient for swimming.
Review 6：The staff was very helpful to come and pick us up later at night - after free shuttle hours. They arranged barrels of water for us when there was no water to take shower or flush the toilet :) There is a tiny school next to the hotel and you might be woken up by kids laughing. The restaurant offers absolutely amazing food for fair price - try their sizzling shrimps.
Review 7：Everytime one need to get out inaccessibility to other transport. Once you are in Coral Garden you are locked. The staff once leaves, the resort is totally to yourself. In the event of emergency, I don't know if anyone can attend to first aid or a boat to transfer to hospital.
